Very good customer service. Support given with both enquiry about delivery and the return of the item when it wasn’t suitable.

The level of service was truly exceptional. I live in France and I was surprised to receive a phone call from a lovely lady from Limetree Lifestyle, explaining they'd recently had difficulties in sending something to the EU. She promised to explore other options and let me know. The following day she phoned again, confirming she had successfully sent my parcel. Such an impressive level of care - thank you so much.

Ordered a wreath w/red roses and white lilies for a close friend's funeral. Paid almost $500 including card and a sash. Positives: delivery made on time. Negatives: nothing special in the presentation of the wreath, looked like something you might buy pre prepared at a florist, and the sash (red/white) was so thin it was barely noticeable. All in all, a disappointment.

Product not as expected. Colour very faded.
Looked like the two t light holders had been out on display for a long time.

Great friendly helpfull staff quality products

I wish I’d listened to reviews and not placed an online order here as there seem to be some common themes. Firstly, the wrong item was sent to me. Secondly, I got no reply from the customer services email address, Whatsapp or online form. I called the shop and the lady I spoke to was lovely and apologetic and kindly sorted everything out for me via her own personal email address. Whoever has access to the customer services channels needs to start using them. Sadly, I won’t be shopping here again.

I got a phone call from a member of their staff to say the item I had ordered was no longer available in the requested size. Following a discussion and advice I received I ordered the size suggested. The item was posted and delivered the next day.

Delivery was quick; however, 2 of the 6 items in the delivery were broken due to insufficient packaging. I've reached out to the company twice via email with no response, and also via Instagram (although messages are blocked) with no response.
