I was so unsure about booking this sort of holiday that I think my good manners forsook me. I think I probably sounded very grumpy and almost resentful, buy Milly treated memin a friendly and respectful manner. It took 3 goes before I booked something very close to home and I was not questioned. I just wanted to see places from a different viewpoint: disabled and accepted as such, instead of always striving to fit in and having to move at others' pace. Even better, Milly contacted me later, after booking to tell me the holiday had been reduced in price that day and how did I want the money. So I could request cash please as that will be an enormous help to my finances (I get pension credit).

This is the third time we have used limitless travel. Before we went to Paris and Jersey and booked the group travel option.
My husband Leslie is very disabled with Parkinson’s and I have had multiple hip replacements so find it difficult to look after my husband on holiday. So this time I decided to pay for a carer on our cruise holiday to Norway. It is expensive but it is the best thing I have ever done because I was able to enjoy the holiday as well and not feel exhausted all the time.
The staff who came with us Marek, David, Rachel and Trina were an absolute delight and there were 10 of us (customers) whom we got to know over the holiday. Can you imagine it, we were all able to get into a cable car at Olden, 3 mobility scooters, a walker, a wheelchair etc and view all the snow capped mountains at the top. Another excursion was a boat trip to view the fiords, spectacular.

We had an amazing time . We were supported throughout our cruise and the staff with us were friendly ,caring and made the holiday . We experienced excursions that we would not have attempted to do , but with the help of the staff ,we did experience and we all had an amazing time .

From the first phone call I found the staff extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions to ask and each one was explained in detail. I also received a lot of information via email, I found that helpful because I can refer back when I need to remind myself all I need to know.

The four Limitless Travel staff that accompanied us on our trip were all wonderful. Supportive, helpful and full of fun and joy. It made all the difference knowing we had their back up if we needed anything. I only wished they travelled with a spare manual folding wheelchair as a back up should anyones wheelchair or scooter break down, as one fellow travellers did! I believe P& O might have had one in their medical centre but it did not materialize.
Thank you to Denise, Jocelyn, Anne and Lillian. You were all brilliant. We have now booked another cruise with Limitless Travel on the P&O Iona for next March to Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands👏👏😊

I realised, that my holidays were becoming a struggle for me due to declining mobility & abilities, so I googled ‘holidays for the disabled’ & found Limitless Travel. I/we took the plunge & booked a 2 week cruise, returning home today. We can’t praise the carers Tracy, Marek & Jeremy highly enough, they are so good at their jobs, nothing is too much trouble. Myself & my partner booked with group package, ie. not needing extra care, but benefited by being guided, included & reassured, however, they went beyond that basic care, by checking our wellbeing a few times throughout the day & if they hadn’t seen us for some hours, Tracy would send a message just to check we were ok. They always seated us at the dining tables, lending an arm when needed & parking & returning my scooter at mealtimes.
These guys are always happy, respectful & polite, they organised entertainment during sea days & we’re always up for a laugh.
On excursions, they were attentive, fun & knowledgeable, always taking lots of photographs & videos of us as a group, individually & scenic views, sharing them at the end of each day. They are such fun & just really nice, genuine people.
I can honestly say, that from the wonderful booking team that, not only booked the holiday, but kept us updated right up to boarding the ship, Limitless Travel have been amazing & we will be booking again soon.
We were part of a lovely group of people, from all walks of life & it was a pleasure to holiday with them all.
Our heartfelt thanks though, have to go to Tracy K, Marek C & Jeremy, Limitless are lucky to have them in their employ!
