the dispatcher who handled the scheduling of our care service for my boss's guest was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I loved the customer service your employee exhibited. She was very patient as I asked a million questions and covered the details more than four times. She smiled through that phone the entire time. You need to have her teach phone customer service. Tell her that I will use her car service for my boss's client's needs for now own just because she wowed me!!!

These guys run a circus not a business.
I booked a return transfer for my daughter who was travelling first time to NYC.
She was left wandering airport at 6am and finally when we found the driver he tried to drop her at the wrong place.
On the return they changed the pick up time without drawing attention to it. By the time we tracked them down she nearly missed her flight.
They then charged us extra claiming we got time wrong

Stay away. Terrible company and fake reviews
Totally unacceptable, rude and unprofessional staff. Left me stranded after 'losing' my reservation. Called them when it was time to go and customer service staff were extremely rude and started shouting at me.
Don't trust the reviews on here either. They are unverified and fake if you do some digging.

Worst. Left me stranded
After a 24 hour flight driver called 40 minutes late and got an attitude. Left the airport and left me stranded. Never showed up with sign with my name. Office was rude and nasty. Use this service at ur own risk. I had to scramble for another ride after international flight
