Very friendly

Driver was courteous and there to meet us. Got us to where we needed to go and was on time. The limousine itself however was in poor condition. Looked pretty beat up on the inside and outside. But I guess it did the job.

Great service and as a first timer in New York, glad I chose Lincoln Limousine to get me to my final destination.

It got us to our destination but our driver was very agressive. It was sudden "slam on breaks" stopping and zooming ahead. It wasn't just in between. Not a smooth ride at all.

At JFK Airport I have waited for 15 minutes with my family. This was my second time and again Ihad waited for at least 15 minutes at JFK. But, thanks God they've showed up, at least!!!
For return to JFK, at my Hotel in Manhattan, I've called the company at least 5-6 times. The nice lady on the phone was very polite, however, she was probably lying. After 1 hour wait in the Lobby, our hotel staff called a cab and we caught our fly. Again thanks to God, they did not charged my CC.
So beware of them!!! I am done with this company

I've been using Lincoln Limousine for many years now. There prices are competitive and all inclusive. They are always on time, nice drivers and generally present themselves well. Once there was a major backup on the way to the airport and they called me to suggest I leave 30 minutes earlier than scheduled to ensure I made my flight. This was most appreciated! I would recommend Lincoln to anyone--and I do as I'm a meeting planner.

They were right on time to pick us up. Very pleasant driver who made sure we ere well taken care of, I would highly recommend this company.

The car was 40 minutes late. Dispatcher twice said it was five minutes away and she'd call back. Both were lies. The driver apologized for being late but said he had spoken with the dispatcher telling her exactly how long he'd be but she chose the easy brush off to keep the customer on the hook. There were plenty of cabs and Ubers to replace Lincoln.

They were half an hour late and the car was cramped. Not worth the cost.

We didn't request inside terminal pickup, so our driver texted us his location for pickup at LGA. Our name was on the car, clearly visible. The driver jumped out and loaded our bags and we were off. Typical NYC traffic with accidents but our driver took all that into account and we were at our downtown hotel in under 45 minutes.
We used the service for our return. Know what. Same quality service.
Also, I had contact with the office staff, they were very pleasant, informative, handled all billing. They were just great and on point. Would we used them again and would we recommend them the answer to both us yes. If all their drivers are like the ones we had cant go wrong!

For the past 2 years my family and i have been visiting new york on a regular basis, every three months or so. We ALWAYS use Lincoln Limousine from and to the airport.

The wonderful girls at the office are the most efficient we have ever encountered. They will have the info you need about your flights before you do. They are always courteous and will find a solution for your needs.
The prices are a tiny bit higher than others but we would never consider another option it is worth every cent.

I have used the services of Lincoln Limosine several times in the past few years. Always updated, always on time and the price is hard to beat.

It's very tough finding a good car service in NYC, especially one that offers reasonable pricing. Lincoln Limousine provided excellent pricing, however I had an unacceptable experience.

I landed at the airport after an entire day of traveling and found that my driver had not arrived. When I placed a call to the dispatch I was treated unreasonably. The woman on the line answered me with an attitude and did not allow me to get a word in. What makes this experience most frustrating is that I had to resolve my OWN issue.

Needless to say, my company will no longer be using your services. I suggest when you decide to hire someone who does not know how to conduct themselves in a friendly manner that you think about all the business you could lose. My company travels on a weekly basis and all that business is being handled by a new car service.

I love Lincoln they are always on time with a clean car and professional driver.
