Driver was on time, helpful and the car was clean. When I suggested a different way to go, he listened and took my suggestion.

Booked a 10 seat stretch Limo for airport pick up at JFK for a special birthday occasion, paid extra for meet & greet. However, after a 10 minute wait we had to ring us to see what was happening they told us stuck in traffic will be with you shortly after another 10 minutes the driver arrived and escorted to the car park. There was no Limo just a SUV, to say we were disappointed is an understatement, we phone directly and was told the Limo had broken down, and no redress was offered and no apology was offered. Would not advise to use this company.

I booked Lincoln Limousine (using their excellent website) to pick up myself and my family from JFK airport and transport us to our accommodation in Times Square. I received confirmatory emails from Lincoln Limousines with booking reference numbers and PayPal receipts. The pick-up outside the terminal was punctual and clearly signed. Our driver was very courteous and obliging with information and advice for our stay. Our trip took about 50 minutes and was as stress-free as one would want after 20 hours in the air!

24 hours prior to embarking on our homeward journey, I received an email and SMS message confirming pick-up time from our accommodation. Our driver arrived early on the day and this was indeed fortuitous as the traffic conditions were horrendous. He took a short-cut through the back streets of Queens and got us to JFK with plenty of time to spare to check into our flight.

I would definitely give my unreserved recommendation to the Lincoln Limousine Service. All applicable tolls and gratuities are included in the hiring fee, which is especially convenient for international arrivals who may not yet have US currency for this purpose. The drivers are courteous and efficient, as was the communication from the company by email and SMS. I would definitely use this service again on my next visit to New York City!

First time in New York and my daughter and I were traveling alone. Wanted to make sure we had reliable transportation from airport and back. Both drivers were very personable and went out of their way to tell us all about the city on our ride.

Not the car I ordered or the service and was overcharged by a driver whom fequently asked about and hinting about money and tips throughout the journey

Easy reservation and good follow up as dates of service arrived. Pick up from initial airport arrival was delayed despite giving plenty of heads up time with call to driver shortly after plane arrival. The quality of cars used was less than spectacular.

We hired Lincoln Limousine in NYC to pick us up from Newark airport, take us to Manhattan/Times Square and then on our return pick us up from Times Square and take us to La Guardia. Both trips the driver was on time, the cars were clean and the drive was uneventful. In fact, the day before our return trip to La Guardia, we received a proactive call suggesting an earlier pick-up time due to concerns about traffic from some street closures for a parade. We were very happy with the service and the price was resaonable for the service we received.

Having read previous reviews I was a little concerned before our trip, but to honest there was no reason to be concerned whatsoever, they collected us as of our reservations, were not late in anyway, and the instructions on our vouchers were very clean and concise. Both drivers were very courteous. Would most definitely recommend and use there services again.

YOUR TIMING AND SERVICE IS VERY GOOD

Really terrible service after booking for my birthday trip from the airport and choosing them as they had the option of the driver meeting us in arrivals...we got there no sign of them! Rang and was told they could locate my limo and then was put on hold for 9 minutes. Rang back again told it was 10-15 mins away. 30 minutes later we called to cancel as we were sitting around beside the cabs so we ended up getting cabs instead. No apologies or anything just a fine no charge when we said to cancel. Horrific service.

Our plane was delayed in Los Angeles for 3 hours but as soon as we landed in Newark I received a text from our driver Sarii that he is waiting for us. Drive into the city was almost like a tour he was very polite and more than happy to answer all of our questions and make great recommendations for things to see and places to eat. On our departure from the hotel back to the airport had the same type of service. Driver arrived on time and was very courteous and polite. Will definitely use this company again.

Got a text message about the time we arrived at baggage claim that our driver was waiting. Called him on the cell number provided in the text.
He talked us out of the terminal straight to his car. Nice clean vehicle. Akl was our driver, he was polite and friendly. Enjoyed talking to him during the drive to the hotel.

Excellent service, pick up from JFK airport and also the way back days after. On time, good drivers and Lady at phone totally clear and very nice.

I used them for 6 different trips around New York for 14 people per trip. They were always ontime and charged exactly what they said they would. Absolutely no complaints

Will use lincoln limo again. Your sent a text when plane lands with instructions to go to your limo. Limo driver calls snd tells you exactly where he is. Excellent service

The car kept us waiting over 15minutes by the side of the kerb. We thought it would have been waiting for us as it took us a while to get through customs. it wasn't a particularly special service in fact we wished we'd saved the twenty dollar difference and taken a cab.
