Service was good. Driver was very quiet on the way to the hotel, said very little. However the driver that picked us up on the Sunday morning to take us back to the airport was great.

I was very pleased that it went so smoothly from the ease of making the reservation (and the very courteous person that helped me) to the reports received when my Grandson and his parents and sibling returned home safe and sound. A wonderful experience for them.
The only negative was that the driver was not waiting inside as expected upon their arrival. Perhaps I didn't understand everything as I should have.

Pickup at JFK took a few extra minutes, no problems getting into Manhattan took 1 1/2 hours (8:30 am traffic), drop off was fine.
Back to JFK 4 days later, pickup at hotel early which turns out to be good since traffic out of Manhattan at 9:30 am is also heavy. Drop off was fine on time.
The Lincoln Limo office and drivers checked on arrivals and pickups and kept in touch very well

Austin being a grandchild of my best friend, was traveling to NY with her Grandmother as part of a celebration of her life as she is battling terminal cancer. Only being given a few more months to live, this was the trip of her lifetime. I booked the Limo ride experience for her so that she could experience the ride from the airport/hotel and return, in style. What an experience she had! The drivers were so accommodating, friendly, continue to check on her progress, and all was made possible by the courteous staff at Lincoln Limo that helped to set it up. KUDOS to the entire group and a highly reccommended company to call on if traveling to NY.

The driver was very nice, on time and provided great service.
Unfortunately the car was not of the same standard and deserves to be updated. Most of the NYC cabs are in better shape than this limo.

Good service

Wasn't waiting at the airport when we arrived, had to call office to be collected. Took ages to load the cases as boot wasnt big enough. Found out later it would have been cheaper to get a yellow cab.

On time pickup with great service!!! We will definitely use this service again!!!!

I made my initial inquiries on the web site and had some questions, which Wendy in the office answered quickly and efficiently
I booked the Limo and when you get outside the airport, call them and wait around 5 minutes for them to arrive
Can't fault the service and good rates too

Everything has been great except the fact that some wine glasses were dirty with some old wine inside. The rest was great.

We paid for a meet and greet @ JFK but after so many phone calls we eventually hooked up with our driver curbside. He was leaning against his open driver-side door with a small piece of crumpled paper in his hand. Written inelligibly on the paper in ball-point pen was my first name.
The car was an old Lincoln town-car in dire need of a clean inside and out. The driver wore a hoodie.
We'd travelled from Paris to NY and just wanted to get to our hotel in Manhattan and in one-piece as we were driven @ high-speed with constant hard-braking and scary tail-gating.
My guess that our Eastern-European driver (who spoke little English) was an ex-taxi driver, was spot-on. He pulled up around the corner to our hotel.
Not knowing we had pre-paid (which had included a 20% gratuity) he asked for payment. His call in to dispatch to check that, with his mobile on open-speaker, ended up in a loud scream-fest in a foreign language that was so long, loud and volatile that I yelled STOP and to let us out.
The driver jumped out the car and ran straight to the trunk to take out 3 pieces of large luggage (we'd been travelling for 3 weeks). We took out the 2 carry-on on the front seat.
He dumped our luggage in the road, jumped back in the car and sped off at speed. We carried the luggage to the curb then reached out to Marriott staff around the corner, half a block away, to come collect our luggage.
Happy to review our experience with Lincoln Limo so others don't have to go through the same. Steer clear of these people.
