Lincoln Limousine | New York Limo and Car service Reviews 

Will absolutely NEVER use this car service again!
1. The car arrived 15 minutes late.
2. It was not a Lincoln Town Car as promised. It was a Ford and passenger had to sit up front because there was no room to sit behind the driver's seat.
3. Car was so dirty the guy had to clean off the seat before we could even get in the car.
4. Smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.
5. When I called and asked to speak to the Manager he said he would call back but didn't. I called back 3 times and asked to speak to manager and they put me on hold and never came back on the line. (held for 6-8 minutes)

We rented this for a potential client - it was very embarrassing for our business that this is the last memory they had of visit to US.

Booking was easy, they contacted me the day before to confirm, driver was on time and very courteous, company sent a beautiful stretch limo instead of a van, payment was easy. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I requested a car seat for my child when I made the reservations. They showed up to the airport without a car seat, and said it'll be okay, we just won't charge you for it. Tone make matters worse, on the return ride, they sent a driver who doesn't work for them, and he had no cars eat either. I used this company for over a year now, and the last few times have been very unprofessional.

I don't know where to even begin how this went. I think first if the company realizes that there could be traffic delays and they are aware they are dealing with tourists then maybe giving them a heads up with be an idea. First the car they send a Ford Tarus was reaked of smoke. When I asked the driver he stated he sprayed Ozium in the car. I was head to New Jersey for a 6:00pm event where I spend tons of money to support and attend - and we left at 4:30pm from Times Square Crown Plaza. We were in route for 3 hours!!!!! In this smoke filled car. The driver was on the phone the entire time and never mind the fact we were already late - he stopped because he had to go to the restroom! I arrived for a 6:00 event at 7:30 and guess what! I was charged the entire $115!!!!!!!!! So my return time was for 9:30 ( Mind you - we are already late so there are things at the event I am still responsible for doing so we ended up staying until 10:30. Never mind the fact the company had me late! My return trip was $198.00!!! And the driver could care less because he said I had to pay a waiting charge. Should I charge a late charge for my arrival! Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional and careless conduct! Needles to say I have contacted my credit card company and made trip advisor and the hotel staff aware. To my surprise it's not the first time they've heard this and will make sure guests know it's not a recommended choice. Thanks someone still has a sense of customer loyalty! Lincoln Limo - How about Lincoln Ford Tarus that reaks of smoke! How dare yoU!

This trip was exactly why I had A limousine meet me. The driver was exactly what I expected from a professional. Friendly, with his focus on the road and more importantly quiet when I didn't want to talk.

This is the fourth or fifth time we have use LincolnLimo and it gets better every time. Rita picked me up on time from JFK on a Friday evening and drove me into Manhattan during one of the worse traffic. She was very professional , courteous and knew the shortcuts to get me there safely. Awesome

On time, clean, roomy vehicle, very nice driver.
I will definitely use them again.

Great driver but car interior should have been cleaner

I booked with Lincoln Limo for an airport transfer from Manhatten to JFK my reservation quoted a price of $120 including tip and tolls. When we walked out of our hotel and saw the limo I almost didnt get in. It was really old, paint oxidized really badly, moulding falling off, paint peeling, broken lights etc. Inside the car was no better. It was dirty and worn badly. We didnt realize it at the time but the air conditioning wasnt working so by the time we got to the airport we were dying of heat! When it came time to pay the drive told me the base price would be $134 and it didnt include tip or tolls. Luckily I had thought to print my reservation and told him I would only pay what I was quoted. The driver got his boss on the phone and he wanted to talk to me. He told me they had "upgraded" us to a better car (would hate to see the worse car) so it would be more. I told him no, not my problem, I dididn't ask for and upgradr. So then the driver talked to him again. And they decided they wanted to charge us an excess baggage fee. Again I said no way, we only had 4 carry-on bags. The driver finally charged me the original $120. I would steer clear of this company if I were you!!!!

After making a reservation, called and they said something happened with the car and a driver would come for another 30 minutes. After 45 minutes driver arrived. He said he hadn't looked at the address and asked us for for directions. Overall very stressful.

the moment i booked the service i recived the confirmation e-mail. when i landed in JFK i found it was immpossible to contact the company through the phone due to different phone network. i sent then an e-mail while i was in the arrival hall and they responded immediatly and gave me guide to the location of the car. friendlly driver and know how to go around NYC.

Excellent service. Very dependable and proactive to ensure that our transportation went as planned. They even noticed a time correction due to a mistake I made on the booking and called me with the correction. Also, they were aware of an event in the city that caused road closures and contacted me with an alternate pick up point. Professional and great service.

Lincoln's drivers are always courteous and make every effort to work around traffic to get you to your destination in time. Charges are comparable to taxis with added advantage of personalized service.

Booking this service to give a wow factor to my husband on arriving to New York I was disappointed to begin with that I had to make several phone calls after landing, one to tell we landed, one to say at baggage and one to say we outside. Paying for a limo concierge service YOU should track a flight and be waiting to welcome us as guests from airport arrivals. When we eventually found our car, dirty, covered in road dirt, and having to wipe out hands from the dirt after leaning on the vehicle for a picture. Our driver was dressed in ragged jeans and loose jacket and did not in any way resemble a chauffeur but a non registered bogus taxi driver. Inside, the vehicle looked ready for the scrap yard. Fabric or "leather" was ripped and worn, the radio, lighting and other "features" didn't work, glasses were dirty and the water bottles sat in a compartment with stale water in the compartment bottom. The divide screen did not work nor did the windows. We had already booked a car for the return journey to the airport and thank god they send s standard car as this normal vehicle was far superior than our "Limousine" experience.
