Great people. Karl and Tony worked unbelievably hard all day, took great care, and couldn’t do enough. They reassembled our furniture carefully and managed to use skill and experience to shift some very heavy stuff. I would definitely use them again.

I despise liars. They broke my chair and a bed. When pointed out they answered that it was already broken. Oh yes, a newly bought chair that was delivered, installed, checked and never moved after that broke itself.
Doesn't bode well when a company treats their customers like idiots. Wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic company, I can’t praise them enough. Arrived on time with ample van space for everything we needed to move. The guys worked tirelessly throughout the whole move and nothing was too much trouble, even though we ended up having more to move than initially expected. Our furniture was treated respectfully and arrived undamaged. They really took the stress out of moving day and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent experience, when you’re moving house the pressure is immense but this company, from getting a quote to moving on the day, I have to say was an easy experience. Sarah in office to the removal guys themselves, they were all so very helpful and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend and have already done so.

Office customer service was appalling. Upped quote by £500 (nearly a 3rd on top of the original quote) on the delivery day when they were nearly 4hrs late to my new property and then threatened "If I didn't pay it I would not get my belongings" leaving me with no choice but to find the extra money. So be very wary as the original quote doesn't mean that's what you will pay

We're very happy to recommend this great local company. Our move went smoothly thanks to their care and consideration of our needs. The team were ALL helpful and professional, taking time to listen to our concerns. A large collection of treasured possessions and even our shopping.. Arrived without fuss in 3 large vans loaded by plenty of experienced people.

I have used this firm on a couple of occasions and always find them friendly helpful and obliging from coming out to assess the items to be moved to the moving day itself. Nothing was to much trouble. They were very prompt and turned up at time stated. They placed items in each room that I requested. They handled all items very carefully and nothing was damaged. I would highly reccomend using this firm and they are more than worthy of the 5 stars I have given

We selected LCR removals because of the friendly first impression, they were polite and obliging, they explained they had different size vehicles from Transit Luton vans to full size furniture vans, they came out assessed my move free of charge, and provided me with a very reasonable price for a removal to storage and redelivery, they explained about using wooden storage containers that they put inside the truck and bring to my home, then the 3 storage units we needed were stored inside there secure warehouse and we were only be charged for the storage containers we used, (big saving on using outside shipping containers) Nigel and David who delivered the furniture from storage couldn’t have done enough, we would give them 6 stars if I could, they were brilliant from start to finish, they said if we needed to move direct they could also accommodate, we are thinking of moving to Cambridge in the future and will definitely be using LCR, TOP MARKS
