Beautiful guitar, Amazing service. The guitar itself was shipped safely and packed really well. Beautiful sound.
The only downside is the built in tuner didn't work on arrival but didn't really bother me as you can get a tuner for nothing these days.

I'd been looking an organic, go anywhere, percussion instrument, to accompany my Neptune acoustic bass. This cajon feels very well made and feels nice to the touch. The tones are rich and full and a nice blend of woods, giving this instrument a lovely tactile and balanced feel, with plenty of bass and snare sounds. I also purchased the padded carryall ruckbag, which is also very well made and fits the cajon perfectly, protecting it for my travels.

I love my guitar in fact I loved it so much I bought one for my son. I like to buy local or at least support British businesses so Lindo was a no brainer. The aftercare is fantastic I bought the guitar for beginners as it has a slightly slimmer neck and their dvd for beginners. The guitars sounds lovely and rich, my husband says it make a nice ching ching sound ! To me it sounds like a perfect rendition of 'Sweet home Alabama' hey ho!! Delivery and packaging was great. I've had my Lindo baritone uke for about a year now and it's very hard to put it down. It's a really well made instrument with a lovely sound, and a real upgrade from my last (another brand). Pleasant service, too. Highly recommend!

Amazing guitar! I got the Fractal guitar for my son and he absolutely loves it. Not only does it sound good, but it also looks amazing. Great to buy from a UK company too. Lindo customer service is friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Just to say, my Lindo Concert uke has exceeded my expectations. Being a complete beginner, this slightly bigger scale I find much easier to handle. It’s a really well-made instrument and sounds really good. Worth the extra cost compared with other makes: after all, you get what you pay for. Great service from Lindo in Bristol- what’s not to like?

Before purchasing my bass, I called the shop and was very well informed about company's policy on returns and exchanges if you are not happy with a product.

Great bass. Beautiful artwork and finish. Really light in weight.

Customer Service experience:
Had a follow up call from a representative named Max with whom I had a good long conversation with about strings, pickups and manufacturing and pointed out my opinion on their bass product.
I've never received a follow up call regarding an instrument or even a product/tangible item I've purchased before, or nothing that I can remember.

Purchased to learn guitar during lock down. The quality and sound of this guitar is exceptional for the low price, which included a stand, gig bag, spare strings, strap, and DVD. Set up with light gauge strings it is perfect for the beginner like me.
Nice action and well set up. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this guitar kit.

Purchased a neptune acoustic.

For £249 it is a bargin.
No issues with the build quality the guitar is solid and sounds great with the offset sound hole. Preamp is absolutely great once you can get to know it and the xlr/jack options is super handy if you need to adapt for venues

Great for percussive play. Although the pezio is alittle sensitive to the bangs but its not what it was installed for.

With the gig bag included its great to take around a campfire. And its held up well

Customer service wise cant fault the guys order came with full tracking and always an email away

Purchased a Lindo acoustic guitar as a beginner. Extremely happy with the product and Lindo's customer service is second to none. I can heartily recommend the company.

I bought the Neptune and love it. It has decend sound, good materials and the company responded fast when it was out of stock and then it arrived.
I particularly like the quirky design of the Neptune that draws a bit of attention, distracting listeners from my poor performance skills!

I have the short-scale Purple Dove bass by Lindo Guitars, which was a wonderful surprise present bought for me by my brother. I love everything about the Purple Dove. It’s a beautiful bass, beautifully crafted and lovely to play and the sound quality and tone is excellent. I really like that it’s a short scale bass and although I can play a standard scale bass no problem, as a female with smaller hands, the short-scale suits me better. Customer services from Lindo Guitars is excellent and delivery quick. I will definitely be buying from Lindo Guitars again, especially if they release a six-string version of the Purple Dove.

I have been using the skull acoustic guitar for a while and enjoy it quite alot it keeps good tune and would say the only problem is where the tuner is situated on the guitar it's abit awkward to pick the string while looking at the tuning screen but I tend to use head mounted tuner but other than that it's a very nice guitar
