Arrived quickly, well packed and good BBE dates
Order arrived quickly by Royal Mail and very well packed in recyclable material. All dates on items were good allowing for enjoyment over the summer months and beyond - if we can resist that long!
Will definitely order online again as I do not have a local outlet nearby.

The lindt order was missing a bar i had paid for on my order, I contacted lindt and they said they are sorry and will refund me the amount of the bar I ordered. Ive still not recieved the money in my account as yet. I really feel its mean to not compensate a customer with a free gift for the stress and disappointment involved. I will not be ordering from lindt again.

I bought three bundles and one single Dubai chocolate, the three bundles were packed into one parcel and one single one into separate box which in my opinion is waste of packaging. I don’t understand why they weren’t packed all together into one box. I love the Dubai chocolate and service is usually very good but something to reconsider in terms of waste. Thanks

near expiry products received
I’m really disappointed because all of the products I received were close to their expiry date. Returning them would be difficult since I have a large number of heavy items.

Items missing from personal pick and mix selection so that means my order was sent out underweight for what I paid for not impressed still awaiting answer to contact message...contact made only offered 10% refund wanted photos of received items explained birthday gift been eaten not impressed at all with customer service used several times in the past probably won't order again, bottom line how can you send out an underweight order...
