Absolutely amazing customer service!
Very happy I went through with it and will be recommending all my family!

The whole experience with Linea was such a positive one. I started my teeth straightening journey in late 2024 with them and they linked me with a fantastic dentist (Dr Ian Chui- who has sadly left Perth to practice in Malaysia now!) my teeth were pretty bad in the beginning and I needed the premium service.

The first set of aligners I had issues with the plastic rubbing on my tongue but all other sets I never had an issue again.

In May 2026 I completed my last aligners and couldn’t be happier. I had to get some crowns for some teeth that had root canals at the front and one of my other front teeth was very short so I got a cap over that one. I’m now wearing the retainers.

The reason I went with Linea was initially the price and because they are in direct competition with Invisalign but I was so impressed with the customer service, the dentist who looked after me and the care over the 2 years I’ve even recommended friends to them (and yes got the $300 bonus!)

Linea was the best option for my orthodontic work as it was affordable but also still offered in person care with a partner dentist (some companies don’t provide this). Super happy with the results, was worth the commitment

I've just wrapped up my treatment with Linea and I love the results! They were very hands on throughout the process and regularly checked in with me. Just doing a part way check up and a few check in along the way suited my busy lifestyle perfectly.

I had an amazing experience with Linea from start to finish. The process was super easy from signing up, the Linea team organised all the appointments with the dentist and were always available to answer any questions I had. They always checked in on me throughout the whole treatment. The Dentist I saw for my Linea treatment, Dr Diffy Zhou, was really lovely and knowledgeable and helped me out. Both the dentist and the Linea team really went above and beyond during my treatment and I am very happy with the results, my teeth look great and I have received lots of compliments. Would 100% recommend to everyone!!

I had an excellent experience throughout my Linea aligner treatment and couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process took around 10 months and I achieved exactly the outcome I was hoping for.

From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. The team always kept me informed, explained each stage of the treatment clearly and were consistently responsive whenever I had questions. The delivery of my aligners was smooth, reliable and hassle-free, making the whole journey incredibly convenient.

One thing I particularly appreciated was how accommodating they were when I moved interstate during my treatment. They made the transition seamless and arranged for me to visit another dentist, ensuring there was no disruption to my progress.

The Linea alignment treatment worked very well for me, aligning my teeth over about a year for a fraction of the cost of more expensive alternatives.
Also, because you can take out the aligners, there is no constraints on what you can eat and drink.
Therefore, I would strongly recommend to check it out if you are considering an alignment treatment.

Fantastic - this worked great and is really good value. The whole process was very professional and efficient. They provide everything you need in the aligner kit including the little plastic thing to help pop your aligner out though my teeth weren't too crazy so I didn't even need it. I also liked that I only needed 4 dentist visits total over 6 months. My teeth moved on schedule and I finished on time per the original plan so overall very happy.

Super easy online process always making sure to check in and let you know if you need any adjustments to your routine. The dentist was super kind caring was very straight with me. Let me know if I needed to do anything differently and really wanted the best outcome for me and the results were amazing. Everything went to plan. Yeah super happy with the overall experience

The process with Linea was very easy and seemless. I loved the flexibility and that I didn’t need to go into the dentist often but also had the support of an in person dentist when needed and that I could ask questions to. The customer service is exceptional and I feel like the pricing is very reasonable. Most importantly I am happy with my finished results. Overall would recommend!

I just finished my aligners with the Linea company. They were cheaper than other companies. They use an app that shows ur progress & upload photos. You can contact Linea through the app chat with any questions you have & they are quick to respond. Overall enjoyed my journey with Linea & i highly recommend to use them if you need teeth straightening.

I found Linea after doing some research on alternatives to the more expensive aligner products from other companies. I decided to go ahead and am so pleased I did. My teeth weren't terrible but after having braces years ago, some had gone out of alignment and bothered me. They now look great.
Customer service was excellent. I couldn't fault it. My dentist was Dr Shilpa Raju at Stones Corner, Brisbane, and she was lovely, listened to what I wanted to achieve and went above and beyond. I had to travel a distance to see her because of where I live, but not everyone would have this issue.
My results are excellent and my teeth look as good as they did after my braces. Would highly recommend Linea to anyone looking at aligners. You won't be disappointed.
