Lines Bannister were excellent…
Lines Bannister were excellent throughout the whole process. Good explanations of what we needed to choose, plus some extras that we chose not to pursue. Good range of products (coffins, orders of service, floral tributes, etc.) and no pressure to do anything we didn't want to. Tim organised everything in a calm, detailed and respectful manner and kept to the timescale.
On the day of the funeral everything was as it should be: everyone smart and well turned out, gleaming hearse, unobtrusive leadership to get all the mourners where they needed to be.
