Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process of purchasing a motorcycle was completed very easily and efficiently.

Excellent customer service from putting down a deposit, to having the bike delivered to my home address. A big thank you to Leon for the superb walk round video of the bike and for answering all of my questions, and to Jake for arranging delivery. Also to the guy (sorry, can't remember his name) who delivered the bike from Ipswich to Maidstone by van for me, and wanted to be sure I was 100% happy with everything before he headed back.
Can't wait for Spring to arrive now so that I can ride my new pride and joy!

Buying a bike from 200 miles away is never easy, but The Team at Lings were excellent in answering all my queries open and honestly with a genuine appraisal of the bike backed up with photos and videos. Consideration to me travelling so far to collect the bike was given and the bike was exactly as described if not better. After a couple of days the bike was prepared very very well and is an incredible machine. Overall an excellent experience in dealing with Lings and I would happily travel again to buy my next bike from them

I recently bought a new Triumph from Lings Ipswich and couldn’t fault the service i received. Fraser was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He kept in touch both before and after my purchase. Many thanks also to all those involved.

I had not intended to buy a new motor-cycle but was
considering a secondhand machine at Easter. However,
the offer was too good to turn down. I was able to trade-in the old model and get a good discount on the
new motorcycle. One very minor criticism was the period between Christmas and New Year when I was unsure whether my Building Society 'Fast Payment' funds transfer had gone through. As it transpired Ling's
Accounts were closed anyway.
