I highly recommend never using Links Recruitment . They took student loans deductions from me using payroll company Platinum for the previous tax year and never paid them to HMRC. Links recruitment keep telling me it’s not their problem and told me that I have to contact Platinum….I notified them in April and it’s still not rectified and they keep fobbing me off, saying they’ll update me and then ignore my emails when they don’t provide an update 🥴.

Oh and their payroll company broke gdpr by sending 5 different peoples p60s to me 🙃

Edited to include email from HMRC/student loans wales confirming they have not received deductions that were taken from my wages.

“ HMRC have advised they are unable to trace any repayments taken by your employer in 2021-22.
We would request you send in a copy of your p60 to investigate this.
