Shipping is TERRIBLE!!!
Shipping is TERRIBLE!!!! I order over 2 weeks ago and customer service said today that it could still be 5-7 business days before it ships!!!! She said they’ve been having trouble for months!!!!! They’re still sending out emails for you to buy from them!!!!! I could get stuff from China faster!!!!!!
I have been disappointed with customer service
I haven’t been disappointed with the yarn. However, had the experience of feeling “had” by their customer services and promotions. I was charged for an $8. Item when it was supposed to be free with my order and I entered the promotion code. The phone message said to email them right away to cancel the order or change it. By the time I received a response it was past their deadline, they offered to honor it if I purchased the required amount again, I did, because I had a project I was working on anyway. Spent the required amount but used another promotion. Told they wouldn’t refund the $8. Because I used another promotion. This wasn’t explained before. It was only $8. I like to think customers are worth more than $8. Could have been a very simple correction. After previously spending hundreds on their products, I stopped purchasing from them and haven’t missed it.
Your Order won't arrive!
I have been waiting for my order since December!
There is no phone number available for the public and the email doesn't ever get a response. I have spent a lot of money for wool which never arrived, I feel like it's a scam. They even tried to ask for a review on the wool I never received. Don't trust this brand.
Promotions are Great
2021 was the first time I ordered a Santa sack and despite the several dissatisfied reviews I ordered and was so happy. I literally think I LOVED the Sack itself. It was like getting a surprise gift to myself. My niece also contacted me to tell me she was ordering one also. It's a Grab Bag so I think folks shouldn't be so picky.
They ignore my mail when I have not received my item
I have not received my items after over three month and they don't answer my mail about it. I think that is bad manners!
Always a great product
Always a great product, great items to work with. great colors and great website!
