We had a great experience viewing the show home at The Croft.
The lovely Alice was extremely helpful and made the whole experience very pleasant.

We are still considering our future plans regarding our next home, but would highly recommend Lioncourt Homes as they certainly build quality homes.

I visited the development in Rushwick as a first time buyer, Natalie was very friendly, and informative. She helped us understand the whole process, and made us feel more at ease about purchasing a home. The show homes are lovely, overall a very positive experience.

ASK FOR JACK! Jack is an amazing sales advisor, not only that but a great person. Jack made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our whole experience. Jack was amazing taking the time to show both sides of our families around the plot, sitting down with us to explore the different opportunities we would have as new buyers.

It's unfortunate that the other sales advisor failed to meet this attitude and overall led to us falling out of love for the plot.

We recently purchased a house in Hempsted, Gloucester in which we moved into in mid December.
Throughout the experience we had great customer support from Tracy in the sales team, George the site manager and Simon from aftercare customer services. All of whom were nothing but professional and accommodating throughout the process.
We love our new home and even though there were a few minor issues they were dealt with swiftly and professionally.
Would highly recommend.

We recently downsized to a Lioncourt home near Gloucester. From our first visit to their Sales office through to moving in, everyone was patient, pleasant and helpful, including helping deal with an issue in the chain during completion. That support has continued since we moved in, very good service.
BTW, the new house is lovely too.

Westlands View – Clayton Road (Lioncourt Homes)
If you are considering using part exchange, I strongly advise avoiding this development.
We began the part exchange process with Lioncourt Homes and were told they would proceed with a valuation. Within 36 hours, before they had even provided the valuation, we were informed that our chosen plot had been reserved for someone else. The sales team tried to disguise this as an apology, claiming they were “too busy” to respond because they were reserving our plot for another buyer.
Despite presenting themselves as friendly and helpful, the experience revealed poor communication, no customer loyalty, and a generally unprofessional approach.
We were then offered the identical plot next door, but with furniture included, furniture we didn’t need, for an extra £35k. When I asked if it was possible to purchase the plot without the furniture (given we had already started the part exchange process), I was told I’d receive an answer the next day. There was no communication or update at all.
We opted for part exchange specifically to avoid the stress of chains and delays. Ironically, this experience has been just as stressful, if not more so, and extremely disappointing.
The only blessing is that, in hindsight, I’m grateful the sale didn’t go ahead. If this is their standard of service at the very beginning of the process, I dread to think what the rest of the journey would have been like.

Purchased a new Lioncourt home in Ironbridge in November 2025. I cannot express how grateful we are to everyone at Lioncourt Homes, for their advice, support and absolutely fabulous service they have provided to us

The sales team of Olivia and Jenny have been so helpful and understanding, the site Managers Callum and Mark were outstanding and so helpful and went beyond for us, and the service team of Simon Bellinge and the other contractors were exceptional

As for Lioncourt Homes, they are quality built homes, great design and located perfectly for us, as Ironbridge is where we wanted to live.....

We have not regretted moving into our Lioncourt home, in fact I would recommend them and certainly consider them on your next home purchase

As a first-time buyer, I was unsure which developer to choose. Although I had several viewings booked, I decided to visit Lioncourt Homes property first—and from the moment I arrived, the surroundings felt like home. I was warmly welcomed by Alice, who was approachable, professional, and consistently prompt, providing exceptional service throughout the entire process.

The construction quality is solid and neatly finished. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jack(always smiling)😃 who was always friendly, professional, and helpful, and Ben, who carried out the home demonstration and patiently answered all of my questions.

I couldn’t be more excited to move into my new home on the Lioncourt estate in Rushwick. The whole experience has been exceptional. I got an instant feeling from my first visit, and knew I wanted to purchase a house on the estate! I was really impressed with the build quality and fell in love with the open plan design of the poplar 2 bedroom home.

Myself and my partner purchased a 3 bedroom house on the Lioncourt development in Rushwick and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

From the first time walking into the sales office we had a really good feeling about the site and the quality of the build. Natalie from day one was extremely helpful and very thorough in every detail about the site and the properties for sale. She helped us design our home and always updated us on the process of the build.

I purchased a 2 bed house at The Green in Worcester and I was sceptical at first due to it being further from family but from the moment I visited the site and viewed the style of house in my budget I fell in love with it!

It was amazing being able to watch the house get built from a square on the ground to having all of my finishing touches put inside! Natalie was amazing throughout my purchase, she was always patient with me and willing to help whether it was contact professionals on my behalf or help me choose a bathroom tile. Natalie was always welcoming to me and my family making the area feel like home before I had moved in.

I couldn’t recommend lioncourt homes enough, everything has been amazing! Any issues I have had since moving in they have sent someone to look straight away and everyone on site is always so helpful.

Big shout out to Karen Webley in customer care. We had a fantastic customer journey buying our home with Lioncourt and the standard of finish has been amazing. We have had very few minor snags and the customer service experience has been so good and we can't thank Karen enough for all the help and speedy responses. Nothing has been too much trouble and we can't thank her enough.

I’ve recently purchased a 3 bedroom house in Westlands View development and so far I’ve had a great experience.
There was a very friendly and professional approach from the beginning to the end.
Shout out to Polly and Carol who were helping us through the process and helped with all enquiries.
Also Mark the site manager who clearly knows his stuff, is very approachable and helpful. They all went out of their way to help.
As expected with any new build property, there were minor snags which got resolved very promptly.
I’ve had a new build before but didn’t have the same sale and after sale experience. I love our new home.
The only thing which I’m not a fan of is the placement of EV charger as there is a post in the middle o 2 parking spaces which could have been placed elsewhere as we have to be very careful how we park and can’t fully enjoy the parking space.
Other than that, everything is great.

I am so pleased that I used Lioncourt Homes to purchase my home at their Abbey Grange development.

The staff I have encountered have all been incredibly helpful and determined to make sure I am happy with my home.

The development is small and attractive, with lots of nice details taken into consideration. The contractors were very helpful as the development was ongoing, and it was very easy to have issues rectified.

The site managers Mark and Chad were very approachable and helpful. They made sorting issues very easy.

Post completion of the site, Mary and Paul have been very helpful and efficient at answering queries.

It is natural for there to be snags with new builds. They are unavoidable, but the way a developer deals with them is very telling, and Lioncourt have not shied away from making small (emphasis on small, nothing mayor!) tweaks to ensure my home is the way it should be.

Although I have no intention of moving soon, I would absolutely use Lioncourt Homes again and have already recommended them numerous times.

Completed our first home purchase via Lioncourt Homes at The Green, Rushwick and the process was incredibly simple with the guidance and patience of Natalie & Jack. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and they worked hard to make sure we were in safe hands.

Being first time buyers we visited the home a lot of times and we never got the feeling we were being an inconvenience, which made the process even easier.

It was a big move for us after being in our previous house for 48 years. We came and visited loin court not sure if it was what we wanted .After a few visits we knew it was what we wanted . Jack showed us around ,every time we had a question he answered it with great knowledge and professionalism .Also lovely Natalie explained everything nothing was too much trouble for either of them . From 1 st visit to help with the choosing of the decor and appliances they both made the transition pleasant . Even the after care from Natalie as been helpful.Thank you both

The whole staff from the sales, builders, site managers, to the cleaners. This site is immaculate and very well run. All builders are friendly and respectful. Any issues are dealt with straightaway. I am very happy with the quality of my new home and the location.
