Do yourself a favour and don’t purchase a property from Lioncourt homes.
Belfry homes will do you all a much better job !
The contractors that they have actually doing the work are about as useful as an ejector seat on a helicopter !
Because they don’t employ their own trades people, these LAZY IDOIT contractors just come in and do a RUBBISH job then leave site once they have their money. Probably to never be seen again. I had just over 50 snags and to this current day they are STILL not all complete.
I could type all day complaining about this half arsed service that they provide, but all’s I would say is you should go a try to view someone’s Lioncourt home property that they have actually started living in. Ask them what their experience was like because I can assure you they would not be satisfied.
Once the builders get so far along the project, any problems after a certain time they will just tell you to “ speak to customer service “ as they can’t be bothered to help.

Simon and Gary attended our home today, they both worked extremely hard and did a sterling job. The work consisted of dig out and fill part of our front garden with decorative stone. Again they did an excellent job.
Many thanks Tony and Pam Nicholls.
Having bought from Lioncourt Homes, I have had to have a few jobs done, snagging wise, and these have in the main been carried out by Simon Billinge. He's super nice, courteous and gets the work done without any issue or problem. He always apologises for any hassle on my part.
We bought a Lioncourt Home 1 year ago in Harvington
Have to say we have had no problems, even the snags have been quickly sorted
Simon the engineer has also been 1st class
We have recently bought a Flat in Gloucester and we are totally satisfied with our Lioncourt Home. The build quality and design is excellent. Tracey in the Sales Team was brilliant. Professional, friendly and supportive throughout the purchase process. As you would expect since moving in December we have had one or two small snags but these have been quickly resolved, the Customer Care Team and on site staff have been outstanding.
We moved into a nearly new Lioncourt property that was still under warranty. Lioncourt has dealt with our snagging issues very efficiently, and we would recommend a Lioncourt home based on the fantastic service they have provided.
We are in the process of buying one of your property’s
Natalie Eaton has been brilliant from the start she is very helpful professional/ friendly nothing is to much trouble.
Natalie is a credit to your company. Excellent service
Thank you
Tracey the Sales Consultant is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The show home is STUNNING and we're impressed with the eco-credentials and quality of build. Beautiful site, well done Lioncourt.
We have just moved into Lioncourt Homes Priory Meadows. Tracey in Sales has been excellent in making the stressful process of buying and selling a house much more bearable. The house is very well built with really good finishes and was immaculate when we moved in. We have been told to tell them about any snagging and they will fix them immediately. Really good personal customer service and we would thoroughly recommend them.
We had the pleasure of working with Julie at Orchards Walk in Harvington, and the entire sales and after-sales process was seamless. Lioncourt Homes have been fantastic throughout, and after living here for over a year, we’ve experienced no issues. We would highly recommend Lioncourt Homes to anyone considering purchasing a new build property.
Just moved into 3 year old house in Olney and needed to contact Lioncourt re adding a small extension and sourcing flooring and tiles used. Karen has been most helpful in providing the information we needed, responding quickly to any questions we asked. Build quality is good and fixtures and fittings are high quality. Highly recommended!
Just wanted to put a good word in for Paul Newton and his team at customer care team.
Been in my house now for 20 months and when ever there has been any sort of problem it is rectified with minimal effort and in good timing.
Thank you, keep up the good work
Shawn
Bought our new build from Lioncourt five years ago. They were prompt on the snagging, not that much needed to be done because it’s built to a good standard. They were recently very helpful in approving our plans for solar panels - thanks to Karen in particular.
I moved into a Lioncourt Home in 2017/2018 The service from start to finish was amazing with site sales and customer care. Mary in the affercare team is superb she is a great asset to the company. To this date, is always helpful and extremely kind. Thank you for making my first time buyer experience easy.
I moved into my house almost three months ago, first resident on this site, so I was understandably a little nervous. I can only report the whole experience as being extremely positive.
Prior to moving in Debbie and Tracey kept me informed every step of the way. Their professionalism is a credit to this company and when Debbie moved on she made sure Tracey was fully aware of the decisions I had made with her from my kitchen choices to the flooring and everything in between.
George, site manager, is also excellent. He manages to juggle the fact that this is a building site as well as my home. I have especially welcomed the way he has kept me informed when my access might be affected or large deliveries are forthcoming. He also keeps apologising for the amount of mud left on the road, but with the amount of rain we have had over the last few weeks I'm not sure he can be entirely to blame.
As a company I can only state that the quality of the build, the fixtures and finishes, are of a very high standard. After sales care has been exemplary from the quick response to my 7 day snagging list to the one or two issues that were noted after. The customer care team seem just as quick to resolve the small number of issues I have identified.
If you are thinking of buying a new-build house you should certainly consider Lioncourt Homes. They really do provide a personal touch as well as a five star experience.
A vote of thanks to Paul and the Customer Care Team for the recent advice and help provided with a couple of issues that arose recently. What makes this noteworthy is that we acquired the property 6 years ago!!
Good to know that Lioncourt Homes are willing to engage long after the 2 year warranty has expired. Well done.....
I truly believe that Lioncourt is a five star builder. I have previously purchased new build properties, but Lioncourt has been the best for both build quality, design, and post sales customer service. I found that items, which would have been an extra in other building companies’ specifications, were standard fittings of quality with Lioncourt Homes. Better still, the plot I purchased was of a significant size compared to other new developments.
After I moved in I had the benefit of a great site manager who was always eager to assist me in so many things and that made such a difference as I live alone. The guys on site were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.
That aside, I cannot speak highly enough of Lioncourt’s customer service. Paul Newton, who heads the team, clearly understands that customer service is key. I thank him, Karen and the rest of the team for making my experience 100% satisfactory.
As a resident of Hempstead in Gloucester living near the new development Priory Meadows by Lioncourt,I must say.. what a great site manager!! i think i remeber his name being george? , Very helpful with any questions I had and concerns regarding access. Very attentive on keeping the roads clean, plans for the future of the open space and keeping us Residents of Hempsted happy. Great company and fanstastic looking Homes!
We only moved in at the end of August and for everyone who has moved house in the past, it can be an extremely emotionally and mentally challenging proccess. We started our purchase at Priory Meadows, Hempsted at the begining of July and had moved in by the end of August. If it had not been for the sheer determination and continued persistence of Tracey and Julie (working in the sales office on the site) calling and liasing with Solicitors, Estate agents and Buyers/Sellers, it is doubtful we would have moved. You can not question their committment to their company and to the house buyer. As for the house we purchased, we have only been in for 6/7 weeks. The house seems very well built (it is holding up to the serious rain we have had in the last 4 weeks) and the specification is very high; solar panels, carpets/lino fitted, turf laid, heatpump, an upgraded kitchen with washer/dryer, dish washer, double oven and upgraded showers in the en-suite and bathroom. The site manager, George, has been exceedingly responsive to our 7 day snagging and even extended it a little further. He even had his own snagging list and these items are also being resolved. 7 days is probably not long enough as the first week disappears when you move into a new home but, all our initial snags were resolved with great communication from everyone at Lioncourt. We are now liasing with Customer Care for house issues and they seem to be pretty 'on the ball' too. It will all take time to see if this excellent service continues but, up until now we can not complain. As usual it takes time for the local authority to get round to recognising a new development but, the sales team keep asking them questions and then let us know where we are in the proccess. As with buying any house, It is a considered purchase and the next 2 years will tell us more about Lioncourts committment to its customers but, for now, all seems to be going really well. Keep it up Lioncourt and special thanks to Tracey, Julie, George and Paul (and of course the house building team who have always been very polite and accommodating to new home owners on what is a working building site)
We have recently moved into our new Lioncourt home at Harvington. We are very happy with the whole experience with Lioncourt, from first viewing the house, through a difficult house sale process, with the completed house and with Lioncourt's customer care following our move.
Lioncourt were very proactive when our house sale almost fell through, and worked really hard with us to find and implement a solution so that we could move into our new home. They were able to accommodate some very short notice meetings and handover, and were always professional, friendly and helpful.
We are very pleased with the standard of finish of our new home, and the fitted appliances and other fittings. It is also good to see the estate looking completely finished and very tidy - having had less good experiences with previous new builds.
Overall we feel valued as customers and new residents, and although it is still early days, we already have evidence of the 5* customer care from Lioncourt as the minor snagging details on our '7 day list' are resolved.
