Wonderful service in Heathrow

These guys are doing an absolutely wonderful job in Heathrow. Very punctual and easy to communicate, I had such a smooth experience and I would highly recommend Lion Parking.

Lost my car key

Lost my car key, didn’t tell me before I returned. Still waiting 6 months later for a replacement. Avoid and spend an extra £2 on a different company.

Was impressed with this service

Was impressed with this service. I called on the way to Heathrow and my car was collected quickly. On my return today I called after Baggage Reclaim and was told they'd be 15-20 minutes and exactly where to wait, and they were there in 15 minutes. I couldn't fault them and have been away for 4 weeks - have never used this type of service before but the price was reasonable too. I am surprised at the negative reviews as I have no complaints and would not hesitate to use them again.

Only getting one star because I cant…

Only getting one star because I cant give 0. Point 1 - On their website they tell you to pay the £5 charge for dropping car off. Dont pay this, you drive into the car park on level 2, so you get a ticket for parking. And this will cost you £7.50, you pay this and give ticket to them so they can leave. NO need to pay the £5.
Point 2 - On return, driver pulls up and gets out of car, didnt put hand brake on so car rolls forward and hits car in front. Luckily no damage to either car, but he then blames our hand brake. Nothing wrong with our hand brake.
Point 3 - Open boot, and boot wont stay open. Suspension struts broken, we have had car for 4 years with no problem. They have car for 2 weeks and suddenly they don't work. Might be just one of them things, but suspicious
Point 4 - get in car and they have un-plugged our dash cam. Why ?
Point 5 - Wife realises the passenger side head rest has been raised. Again, why ? Can't drive car from passenger side.
Wont be using this company again, and suggest you stay clear. One good point, only had to wait 20 minutes for our car.

Lion parking did us proud

Lion parking did us proud. They were very reliable at drop off and delivered our car promptly on our return after nearly three weeks. The phone was answered immediately and texts were also replied to efficiently. The drivers were polite. We will use Lion parking again and am sorry to read the more negative reviews as we had a very positive experience.

Exceeded expectations

I was a little uncertain about using this service but they exceeded my expectations. They were very competitively priced, always answered the phone when I contacted them and sent sufficient emails/instructions.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE.
False advertising.
Advertised as Heathrow parking only find out it was Lion once at the airport with a plane to catch.

Damaged Car
Car was return with scratch to rear quart panel and mud across down sills and drivers foot well.
3 weeks later and no reply. Think this one will end up at county court.
