A star service

I had excellent service from the company, it was a best meet and greet service, I had a early return they manage to get the car on time and accommodate my needs. The customer service was a star the driver was very polite and went above and beyond his job title, I believe his name is Raj. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely will be using their service again.

First time using car parking valet, and I had a great experience and the team there was direct and clear with their instructions and delivered my car on time.
Will recommend and will use again.

My Alloy rim was damaged

My Alloy rim was damaged, driver admitted it, we took photo and video evidence. Chased and chased for it to be resolved (5 working days sir). After 10 days I sent a chase letter (nothing). After 15 days still nothing. Do not park with these people.

Put these guys out of business

Disgraceful company and need to be hounded out of the business. Told me the car wouldn't start so need to take a taxi to them and sort it out. The battery was flat. The AA man came and immediately showed me that the headlights had been left on. For three weeks. Had to buy a new battery (£264). Totally not interested in compensating me for the loss they caused, couldn't be bothered to engage. The good people at ParkingZone, through which I booked, were appalled and did the right thing by returning my £111 parking fee. Significant difference in business ethics between the two companies.

Waited over an hour and a half for my…

Waited over an hour and a half for my car from initial call from baggage area, i had paid for the service only to be let down badly, they are a total rip off who do not value their customets, please avoid this company.

I would not even leave 1 star if I…

I would not even leave 1 star if I could. Absolutely shocking company. Supposed to be meet and greet but left waiting around for over 45 minutes on arrival to keep being told over the phone they’ll be there in 5 minutes. This never happened and we were apprehensive on arriving back at Heathrow. This was accurate due to having called the company number as advised and told to phone when landing. We phoned when landing to be told the car will be 20 minutes. Lots of phone calls and over an hour and a half later the car turned up. They lied the whole time saying it will be 10 minutes and obviously never turned up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS BEYOND SHOCKING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t be fooled by the price either - there were add on charges such as car park fees etc. AVOID.

Dreadful

Dreadful - DO NOT USE. Unprofessional, poor communication, difficult to understand instructions over the phone, wasn't actually sure who the company employees were on site, long waiting time for car to be returned bearing in mind they were supplied with our flight number.
Booked for Heathrow Valet Parking having checked their reviews which were OK, but this booking turned out to be with Lion Parking.
We should have used long term car park and would have been 30 minutes ahead on our home journey.

I wish we had never booked with…

I wish we had never booked with company, we received a ULEZ fine and a parking fine for our car being used by them while we were abroad - days after it was supposedly taken to be parked at their secure parking lot. I have emailed them with no response and now taking it up with ombudsman. Car returned with 35 miles, a vapor on front seat and boot handle detached! Can't believe they think this is okay to run a business this way.

Wish I had read the reviews before…

Wish I had read the reviews before booking! I booked for a drop off at Terminal 3 and was booked in for Terminal 2 but wasn't able to change it! Gave them the requested 30 min call and was told to call back on arrival and then had to wait 15 mins for them to actually arrive! However they did drop the car back to Terminal 3 on arrival.

Was not told that I would be required to pay the car park fee - which added an additional £19 to the booking cost!

Would rank this customer service as a big fat zero

Hidden additional fees!!

I had already paid £88 to Lion Parking for the fortnight (not a bad price) but then had to pay an additional £7.50 parking fee when I dropped my car off AND again when I picked it up- and this was not made clear when I booked! The service was OK otherwise- I didn't have to wait long for the driver, but they really should warn of these extra fees when you book (I might have selected a different option had I known!)

What a shower of s#%t this meet and greet firm are

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Absolutely the WORST meet and great services I have ever come across….30 minutes late on collection, 30 minutes late and wrong terminal upon return…..can’t understand basic English….repeated a very simple private reg number 6 times!!! Plus extra charges……shower of s#%t will never use them again!!!

Dishonest abusers

Had to wait nearly 30mins for them to pick up the car despite giving them the 30mins heads up as requested, this added for the stealth parking charge of £11!
They had used my car four times prior to parking to clearly run staff around to move cars, the tracker can prove this.
Car returned and drivers window had been left open(my car app can prove this) during our trip as condensation streaks down the inside of the windscreen which has never been there before!
To top it off the car stank of a McDonald’s takeaway as the rubbish from their operator had left it inside the car.
And the icing, they stole my £1 coin I use for shopping trolley!

AVOID AT ALL COST. ...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I should have read this review before booking this company. I had to wait for over 30 mins for my car to be collected and also waited over an hour for them to return my key as I was standing in the cold at Terminal 5. I called the office and the idiot was so rude and asking me questions I couldn't answer. He said if I can't answer him then I should forget about collecting my key. I called and called and was going to call the police to intervene as they refused to pick my calls. I also called the driver that collected the car initially and he said he is at home eating. What a joke...This company are not professionals. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

I am in the proces of taking legal…

I am in the proces of taking legal action as they are refusing to answer my emails!!
I have proof that my car was being driven without my authority the day prior to my collection.
The total journey to park was 5.5 miles, it was over 35 on the return journey, I have a tracker and have photos of the journeys
The score came up as a warning twice during that time for excessive acceleration and breaking.
My dealership fitted Dashcam had been disconnected without my permission.
Bunch of cowboys, avoid at all costs and yes the parking fees are well hidden at time of booking!!!

A dreadful experience

A dreadful experience. As mentioned elsewhere the pricing is misleading because you have to pay parking charges. Even worse was the 1 hr 20 min wait for the car and constant promises that it would be there soon.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience, my car was damaged and I have emailed so many times and no response at all.
They arrived 28 min late.

Not sure how to deal with this.

Please do not use Lion parking.
