Worst payroll company ive ever had the misfortune of using. Allow you a advance on your wage with a promose you can pay instalment in the small print, only for them to take your whole wage at the end of the week and tell you tough procedure say they can't, and do not give a flying monkeys if their actions leave you without a way of getting into work and you loose your assignment thanks to it. Heartless, uncaring vile company, refuse to use them at all cost.
Edit. I made zero mention of issues with the sign up process and your generic response has nothing to do with my complaint. My complaint was clear you are a bunch of lying thieves.....

This is quite possibly the worst…
This is quite possibly the worst experience I've had with a payroll company.
They constantly asked me to send documents that I'd already sent over and over or my payment would not be released (my hard earned money by the way). The level of communication is not far off abysmal to the point where in the end I just asked for the higher tax code to release my wages so that I didn't have to deal with them again.

Thieving payroll company, clearly haven’t stopped skimming salaries
I’m self employed and was put onto this scavenging payroll company by a recruitment agency. To my dismay I saw that they were taking £18 per week as a “business margin” all for themselves. Obviously as anyone with common sense would know, the agency who recruits the payroll company to handle their accounts should be paying said company. I bit my lip and carried on.
Liquid Friday on their website showed me my weeks rate which was what i expected minus the £18.
Then, this vulturing company had the absolute audacity to send me a text with a new rate for the same week, which was now deducted by £95! Nearly £100 of my hard earned money taken from me with no explanation. I write this review now after receiving that text. If they decide not to fix this I will be reporting to authorities (which a quick google search would tell you isn’t anything new to Liquid Friday) and even if they do

Tricky registration process
You were recommended by the agency. However, it took several attempts and phone calls/emails to complete the registration process which proved time consuming and tortuous. I hope the payroll process to follow will be smooth!
