Ordered goods 30th Oct never delivered excuses for not delivering requested a refund excuse after excuse why they cant refund me. Dont order from them scam. Will report them to scam watch and consumer affairs.

Perhaps this used to be a legitimate business, however, they now accept your order and Money but that is the last you hear of them regardless of how many times you contact them, someone should go and visit them and make sure they stop scamming people.
Forget about your order and your money.

I wouldn't even give a star, I order two bottles of alcohol and was told it's out of stock they have said they we process a refund and this has been going on since before Xmas, they even said it would take 3 to 5 business day and still nothing so I emailed them again and the are now apparently have issues. This is a regular issue with liquorkart and other customers falling victim, I reported this with my bank which they have sorted out very fast.

I purchased a birthday present via this company on the 6th of November (6/11) for a birthday on the 21st. It didn't arrive, and so I contacted the customer service team. We agreed that whilst I wouldn't receive the product for the birthday, I would be happy to wait for Christmas.
However, despite ordering this at the start of November, the product NEVER ARRIVED FOR CHRISTMAS. I requested a refund where "due to technical issues" this couldn't be processed right away. They requested and I provided my BSB and Account Number (which already seemed very dodgy, as they already should have had my card details via the checkout experience) and still did not hear from the company with the refund before the end of the Year. I then purchased a better gift pack much cheaper from BWS for the birthday-christmas present. And I instead went through my bank who handled the refund with very little fuss.

Placed order 43910 on 13th Dec. Have had no follow up shipment confirmation or contact from Liquorkart since. Same story as the other reviews. I've sent support tickets and emails with no reply.

I ordered two cartons of beer from the online store. Received an email with the Invoice number #000036272 for Order #000043740 within 10 mins of the transaction.
After two weeks of not receiving the product or any updates, I went online to try and contact them. There is limited information on how to get through, so I proceeded with their "contact us" system requesting my money back and to cancel the order. After a week of no response, I went and did this again, still no response or product.

I have repeated these 6 more times!!!

To date they have my money, there has been no update on my order (still says processing), and I have no goods. One star is way too generous for these people. I think fair trading is my next step. The website needs to be taken down.

Take order on basis they have stock, then fail to provide order due to no stock. Then fail to provide refund. Absolute scam.

Same story as everyone else. Order product. They don't deliver (no explanation). Follow them up. Excuses. Promise to refund. No refund as yet. Fortunately, I have the ability to make their lives difficult. Which I shall commence shortly.

I’ll start with my invoice no: #000036301 for Order #000043791 placed and paid in full on 8.12.23 to the tune of a couple of hundred dollars. Now that’s out of the way, there’s no use mimicking the previous reviews - I sent the My Support email, I rang the 1300 number, I Google Mapped the business and rang neighbouring factories on the Google Maps page with no luck - I’m in Melbourne so that’s the best I could do.
I’m only putting this review in because someone seems to be responding to the comments but that could be a smokescreen too!?!

They took my money and failed to deliver. DO NOT use this site. Have lodged bank and poilice complaints for fraud.
They will pretend to care and to promise a refund making many excuses for delays in shipping and refund, but IT NEVER COMES. They are flat-out burglars!

Like most others, I placed an order back in October 2023 and have neither received the product or a refund. I simply get as a reply that they are experiencing difficulties. Their promises of another two weeks simply stall the time before they default. They clearly have no intention to supply either product or refund and skirt the law by indicating they will assist, ad infinitum. They are the lowest form of scammers, they continue to draw in the unaware and yet there is no action from either the Liquor Licensing bodies (as they never actually provide liquor), the ACCC or Australian Government as they perpetually indicate they will reimburse. It is a sophisticated scam that is allowed to continue without investigation or accountability.

Again like everyone ordered took my money have not received any email or update went to the location no one there mail under the door

Order#000042308 Placed 40 days ago, and requested for refund 30 days ago due to not availability of the product. Since then every time I asked for refund either they ignore or reply with operational issues. Poor service and unrecommendable. Seems like looting money.

I am a pensioner just wanting to buy some gifts for my daughter for Christmas and I've been ripped off. I have not been given a confirmation number or email for my order. I called my bank straight away to cancel my card.
PLEASE DO THIS FOR A SCAM SITE, DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE LIKE THIS WITH YOUR CARD AND DETAILS!

After reading reviews AFTER they took my money without a confirmation page showing up, I sent them an email warning them if I didn't get notice of them sending my order with tracking number within 48 hours, I wanted a refund or would be reporting them to the relevant bodies including Fair Trading and the Australian Federal Police. I didn't want to hear any story about any items being on 'back order', as is typically their excuse in emails written to other victims. That should be stated on the website and is only a stalling tactic for a refund or order that is never coming! I'm contacting 'A Current Affair'!

I will update this review if it becomes more positive!

Edit: I had provided them with the details they asked for over a week ago before they requested them here and still no sign of a refund! Nothing but back and forth stalling tactics. I used to own an online store and a refund takes a few minutes and is nothing more than a few clicks of buttons to process! You can see from other reviews, they're great at throwing excuses out there for disguising who they truly are! Not waiting any longer and starting the complaint process.

"WARNING" DO NOT USE!!! It's so disappointing that such a great idea and website is being run by a bunch of absolute incompetent people! After a recent Truck accident where I could not drive for a while I thought I'd give this novel idea ago, however I wish I had have read the reviews first. Everything that has happened to other unsuspecting users has happened to me. They will not supply and will dream up every excuse as to why, then they will delay any refund request you make. Steer very clear! It should be shut down and owners Jailed for misrepresentation and Fraud....
P.S. any good reviews will be fake ones from the owners....

When I requested a refund due to the prolonged wait, I faced challenges such as 'payment gateway issues' and 'delays in processing refunds.' Regrettably, these obstacles led to a lack of resolution.

I'd caution others about engaging with this business. Their inability to fulfill orders and facilitate refunds creates a concerning experience for customers. It appears their operational model falls short in delivering the promised service, and I was left disappointed by the lack of product delivery and unresolved refund issues.

For those in NSW I highly recommend you open a case with NSW Fair Trading and reporting this business to the ACCC

Update: I did a charge back with my bank and got an email just then saying the charge back was successful. For those who experienced the same as me, I highly recommend you do the same thing as you will get your money back.

Do not use this company I have been waiting for 10 weeks for a refund that I am now emailing about daily - product advertised as in stock but never supplied and a lot of excuses as to why the refund has not be completed. Lodging a complaint with Fair trading in the hope to have this company shut down.
