My experience with this online store is no different than the rest of the reviews, unfortunately. Firstly, they didn't have the product I ordered even though mentioned in stock online. However, when asked for a refund, they were unable to process for a lengthy three months. And now, when I requested to dispatch other goods after realizing that there would be no refund, they even can't dispatch the new order. How unfortunate and cannot believe this type of business is still operating around us. My only option now is to officially log a complaint to NSW Fair Trading.

I wished I had read these reviews before buying with Liquorkart. I ordered 19 October. Did not receive any goods, so followed up. Advised not in stock. The rest is just like all the other reviews. I am still following up and will now take formal action with relevant bodies. I had lodged a complaint with my bank, but Liquorkart said I could not get my refund with having complaint made with my Bank and asked me to withdraw it, and they would refund straight away.
Foolishly, I did this, but surprise .. still no refund received. They try every delay tactic under the sun. Don't be drawn in. Just don't buy from them.

SCAMMERS. Stole my money and will not refund.

I got the same response as a person in january 2023. Literally word for word.

Placed an order 8th December. Emailed them a week later to question why there was still no dispatch notification. No reply received. Seems likely to be a scam company. Have emailed again advising I will go to Fair Trading with a complaint if refund is no received promptly.

Update: after submitting mediation request on Product Review, I have now received a refund from the company. No explanation given regarding previous issues but at least there has now been a resolution.

Still waiting for my vodka since 14 th August despite telling me they will send replacement! It’s now 13/11/2023! Not happy 😡

These people are the biggest ripoff merchants going like others I ordered a bottle of alcohol from them took my money even though they didn’t have it in stock. I asked for a refund and they still haven’t given me the refund, they don’t even respond to messages and when they do it just gives a load of excuses for not giving the refund . Now that this has been posted and liquorkart has had enough time to respond I’m now going to message NSW Fair Trading

I purchased a birthday present for myself, on 25th October apparently item not in stock still took my money. I gave extra time for delivery then requested refund which I am still waiting for.
I continued to reach out and make contact still no refund, I am so angry and disappointed I am 61 and cannot afford to lose $240.75 no one has responded to my last email and considering complaining to ACCC. I did not recieve agreed refund so have now reported complaint to ACCC.
Re: Order # 000042251 Well it is 21st April 2024 still no refund and lot's of promises. I am now reporting to any body that will take my formal complaint. Shame on you Liquorkart taking money from people like this.

Ordered 2 x bottles of whisky 3 weeks ago and still has not been despatched. Sent several emails over 2 days Cancelling order and requesting refund - no reply!

Appalling service. Ordered and paid 9th November order number 000042686 for Beached As ale and have heard nothing since. The status just says 'processing'. Please refund my $87.00.

I originally had the patience but now haven’t got the time anymore. There is no contact number and all you get is excuses. With all these negative reviews, this place needs to be shut down by the authorities. I want my refund please.

RIPPED OFF & crap customer service. Ordered nearly a month ago and happy to take my money but apparently there is no product available. Now they are not answering my emails. Buy at your own risk. Next stop for me is Department of Fair Trading if I don't receive my product or a refund within the next couple of days.

I have placed an order 000042911 of $352 on 15 November. Liquorkart blames their supplier as the reason they have not deliver more then 3 weeks later. I want a refund and would not reccomend this crap site. I will approach my bank as well as I trust this is a fraudulent service. Update 08/12/2023. Managed to get a response from the THIEVES. They would refund me but they have a Gateway issue so refunds cannot be processed. I have as per their request provided my banking details to refund me. I have laid a complaint at NSW Fair Trading Reference number 11188736. Commbank fraud case number 12861555. Next stop, Police!

Placed an order, received order confirmation, then nothing. Have emailed and submitted support messages but no response. Now I see that many other have been ripped off too and I regret trusting this company. I can see their responses to the 1 star reviews saying people are being refund but I will believe it when I see it.
