Ordered a slab of Coopers, never received the product, despite numerous enquiries.

Telling that they don't allow Google reviews.
As with EVERYONE else. They take your money, send you a bulls$@t confirmation email with "links" that don't work, then you get NOTHING.
When you chase them, eventually you get the "not currently in stock" email and then nothing again.
They ignored my request for a refund and their claim the item would be in the following week was also a lie.
Have contacted Fair Trading and will be calling the police with a stealing complaint tomorrow.
Before some con-artist from Liquorkart gets on here with a reply asking for my order number, it is 000043062, and you should know that because I've left feedback multiple times.
Their FAQ page refers to their customer support welcoming calls but there is no number to call and their posted email address is bogus - bounces back.
Multiple more indicators of being a scam. Cannot believe they have a liquor license number still.
Stay away. Zero stars.

SCAM! Do not use! Any positive reviews must be AI generated. Ordered product never arrived and my query 3.5 weeks later resulted in response of supply issues and suggestion I chose another product. I requested immediate refund and they claimed to have “gateway issues” preventing a refund to my card and that I could only get a refund if I gave them my bank account details (scammed but not that stupid), then next attempt they asked for my PayID and then after that offered to send me a cheque as I would not agree to provide any further details. I have reported them to my bank and ACCC. I hope the banks can stop anyone attempting to purchase from them ever again. They should not be allowed to operate at all.

Scam! Advertised products that they said are "In Stock" As soon as they got my money I received an automated email "Due to high demand bla bla bla" Have been waiting 10 weeks for my refund. No response anymore and there phone number is fake. Do not deal with this fraudulent company under any circumstances!!

I'm filing a police complaint as well.

This business sold me products that they didn’t have in stock and did not want to process my refund for 3 months. I have eventually got my money back after lodging a formal complaint with Fair trading NSW.
I did not look at reviews at the time of my first purchase and now I know why they have 1 star.

Like many others on here, I placed an order. Received an invoice. Didn’t receive my product. Complained and was told it was on hold and waiting for product from the supplier. Did not initially respond when I asked for a refund. Did not deliver any products when I asked them to literally deliver anything else in their "stock". I have lodged complaint with Fair Trading NSW, reported them to my bank and the ACCC. Everyone here should do the same. They finally refunded 2 months later but I would avoid this website, at best they cannot be relied upon to operate as a functioning business.

Been waiting over 4 weeks for a order which they said was in stock
Have contacted their support and just getting standard reply’s like “be patient”
Have asked for refund as they can’t supply what we ordered and now getting nothing
I will be lodging complaint with alcohol commission and fraud with my bank

I too have been scammed by this company. Ordered 4 eeks ago and was told two weeks ago the order woudl be shipped the following week. Since then I have contacted them a number of times with no preply.
I have taken advice to make a formal complaint with Fiar Trading NSW which I strongly suggest everyoen here does as they don't act on complaints unti lthere are a minimum of 10 lodged.
I wish I had done my reserch on this company before making a purchase.

19/10/2023, $288 Order online Liquorkart , After 2 weeks I enquired about non delivery, I was told supplier can’t supply for 2 weeks and I could choose replacement. On researching the company Liquorkart and the bad reviews, I asked them to cancel my order and refund and that was a week ago and I still haven’t received my refund. Scammers!
As per another complaint I can only assume they use your money on short term investment market as they have it for many weeks and also I suppose some people just give up trying to get a refund.
Have started the process of lodging a formal complaint with the NSW Liquor & Gaming (Report a Breach), NSW Fair Trading (Products & Services Complaint), ACCC & my Bank to recover my money. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

Never shipped, never refunded.

Almost a month after spending close to $200 on items branded as "in stock", I'm yet to receive them.

The customer service is terrible: "apologies for delay", "higher than usual demand", "we'll let you know when we receive stock" (this is for items marked 'in stock', don't forget).

I've started a chargeback process with my bank, as I highly doubt I'll ever receive anything in return for my money.

Avoid like the plague.

These scammers took my money & emailed me a receipt. About 6 weeks later I contacted them as I did not receive my order. It took them about 2 weeks to get back to me and advised me that the supplier hasnt sent them my order as yet. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 3 weeks, but still nothing. I followed up and when they advised that they dont know when they will receive my order I requested a full refund. Its been 2 weeks since they approved my refund via email and I am still waiting for my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

well, should have done more research before giving these crooks my business.. pretty much the same story as every other review on here.
Ordered a product that was listed as "in stock".. then nothing. I had to contact them only to receive a generic response about "high demand, low stock" bla bla bla. they asked of i could please wait a few more weeks for stock to come in.. weeks have come and gone and now zero response from them.
STEER CLEAR

IT’s totally SCAM !!!

Stupidly purchased a bottle of tequila from liquorkart without researching them first. All I received was an order confirmation email then all silent. Reached out and they say it's on backorder. Asked for a refund and they said they processed it multiple times and it never came through. Multiple emails back and forth were useless. You can't speak to them and they're always making excuses.
I hope you're reading this BEFORE making a purchase because you'll not get your money or product. Stay away at all costs

Absolute disgraceful and totally unacceptable. To be taking money from consumers for products that are actually not available is false advertising. The ACCC needs to get involved as this is not ok! I've requested a refund so many times and no reply nor action. How pathetic can someone be, refund our hard earned money otherwise civil action will be taken.

Now going to go through the refund process these guys are pathetic it's embarrassing how badly they do business. It's now a month since this fiasco started.
