Hi ya, after so many emails & reviews sent, I now had money refunded, thanks so much. However, I wouldn't want to risk buying anything from this website again, as you won't know if there are stocks or not.

It's a scam company. I ordered some beer on 20/10/23. I only received an email for the order. That's it. The telephone is a fake one. If you check from google map, there is no company call liquorkart on the street. The liquor license is a fake one. I can't find from liquor license website.

This company appears to be involved in deceptive practices, failing to deliver products. It's essential for New South Wales licensing to consider revoking their license, and the ACCC should investigate. I strongly encourage individuals with negative experiences to file complaints against this company. Additionally, Google should be notified about their presence on the platform, given their questionable legitimacy and fraudulent activities. It's crucial to stay away from such businesses and share this information with others to prevent further harm

Purchased Lyre's Pink Gin with NO indication of it being out of stock, and still not received weeks later. Had to ask for the refund three times. Worst Customer Service too.

This company is a scam and I don’t understand why it is still allowed to have an internet sight .
They take your money and you don’t receive your goods.
I’ve spent over $300 dollars on Whiskey and still no
Service.
They send you a receipt and it all looks legitimate but not they are scammers and I will try to expose them as much as I can.

This is so close to being a total scam website. Liquor Licensing NSW told me that they are licensed to sell online but it seems they don't hold any stock, despite showing every item on their website as being in stock. They take your money and then it's a total battle to get it back. Thankfully my bank stepped in to help. AVOID them at all cost!!

Total scam. Like what everyone else is saying, you will never get your order delivered and won't get a refund. Do not buy from Liquorkart!!! I'm lucky my order was only worth $115.

I was never told that my item was not in stock. I only found out after sending an email asking where is my item. Took MONTHS for this to be fixed, they kept me waiting & waiting. In the end, I had to cancel the order, and ask for my money back which I still have not got! I have no idea? how they are still in business. My advice, do not use.

Do not touch this company. In April, we ordered beer showing as 'in stock' on their website. It turned out it was not in stock (although it continued to be listed on the website for another couple of months) and it has been impossible to get a refund from them. Week after week of being fobbed off with assurances that it will be credited that week. After nearly 6 months, no sign of the refund.

The only thing that they sell is card details of customers. Our debit account was emptied within a week of lodging order.

Make sure you contact the ACCC as this seems to get results.

September 29 update: the refund arrived in our bank account today!!!

These guys are absolute 100% scammers. Do not buy anything from them. I am having them investigated at the moment for not fulfilling an order. They reply to emails with saying they haven't received any money etc. Even after I have sent them a copy of the transaction receipt.

Liquorkart is a scam website. They list items as "in stock" when they don't have any stock.
After weeks of emails they promise a refund but more weeks later still nothing. Do not give these liars your money

Do not buy from liquorkart. I ordered 6 bottles of expensive Rhy whiskey online. After a few days the items were still not shipped so I emailed and was told stock was on the way. After another 10 days found the whisky still advertised at a increased price but told still no stock again so I requested a refund. Then a few days latter I was contacted and offered to buy something similar for a free beer can or wine bottle. Requested a refund again and didnt hear back so I informed them it was put in dispute with Zip. No phone answered, all email only , scam. Someone should be closing them down by the number of bad reviews.

Showed product as "in stock" and 3 days after the purchase was told it's "not in stock". After waiting over a month, asked for a similar product. I ordered a scotch and got offered a cream liqueur. I don't think they understand liquor as clearly this is not similar.

Eventually, I got fed up and asked for a refund. They insisted on me giving bank details... I don't think so, as it was purchased using PayPal. They kept asking for a PayID. It seemed very sketchy.

Very untrustworthy company. I will avoid and use more reputable companies in the future.

Absolute scammers - suspect they are possible money launderers and will be reporting them as such. Display products as "In Stock" and dispatch in 3-5 days. A month later and item still not in stock (despite their website showing it is). Then they delay refunding money, insist on bank details for the refund because they are "having payment gateway issues" and can't refund to the card. Pretty suspicious behaviour.

I too, ordered a $100 bottle bottle of liqueur 10 days ago to shipped to Vic, and now here i'm, couple of unanswered emails and a phone number that doesn't work. do you read this you people at liquorkart? maybe you'll have the heart to supply what you got paid for a change. ORDER # 000039312

Liquorkart will take your money, then you hear nothing, then tell you the product you ordered is not available, all whilst showing as "IN STOCK" for several months?
Then offering a refund and promising it will go through soon, even after many requests and many promises you will be refunded, nothing ever comes through, just multiple broken promises and excuses.
I ordered first order 22/05/2023 and as of 15/08/2023 still no refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY.

Please all who have had dodgy dealings with this company report them to the ACCC, go to your bank for recovery payment, and put up a review of your dealings with Liquorkart.

Yes I will reply honestly but LiquorKart does not follow what it preaches. After waiting weeks for a delivery with next weekend, next weekend promised I cancelled my order for $104.10 and again promised a full credit within 9 working days. Alas no credit. Are you SCAMMERS?
