So after months of being given the run around, I asked for a refund as goods ordered were never received (including two alternative products that also couldn’t be provided). After several emails they agreed to refund me, but the refund never came through. When chasing them up they blame their payment gateway for the refund not working! Absolute scam artists! NEVER ORDER through this company.

A good indication it is a scam, is the contact telephone number in their email and on their website 1300 490 921, is not connected. A recorded message says 'the number you have dialled is not in use'. They also do not answer the other number listed 0466314789, which you can find by Googling 'Liquorkart contact number'. They do not respond to email either. This is yet another scam company set up to take your payment, then tell you the product you ordered is not available, BUT, you will never get a refund unless you go through your payment provider. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Purchased a bottle of whisky through Mydeal site from Liquorkart, I had to cotact them after week and a half no dispatch to find out that they do not have actually have the stock blaming the supplier, in reality that means that they advertise a massive range they not actually holding and hope that someone will supply to them when they make a sale = they just hold your money for a while and refund you (if you are lucky) after a while. A joke of a business concept I am not shure how they are allowed to still operate after so long. The only positive that they employ some people as I had someone answer my query in the end, so at least they provide some income for some, unfortunately on the expense of the wanna be customers. I just got a message from Mydeal about the cancellation after a few weeks, so I am praying for the refund to actually arrive, avoid this company at all cost unless you are ready to part with your money for the unforeseeable future. (If you really want to hazard a purchase, I would contact customer service to check stock for you beforehand, but I don't think even that would guarantee a successful transaction in the end)

Scam company and wish I had seen the reviews first. Have had a complete run around in emails and it has wasted so much of my time. Have contacted the ACCC and fair trading and suggest anyone who is experiencing the same issues to do this also.
Have requested refund and yet to receive a response.

Scammers do NOT trust this company. I placed an order over a month ago & they kepted coming up with an excuse on why they had NOT sent my order. I had asked for a refund last week & the week before which they refused it was until today that I had emailed them telling them I was going to contact the ACCC abt them, so they quickly refunded me today after a month & a half begging me not to put in a complaint. These guys are NOT even worth the one star.

I ordered a couple of bottles of gin in January. Both gins appear as 'in stock' on their webpage but I was given EVERY POSSIBLE EXCUSE why the gins I did pay for could not be dispatched. A month ago, after multiple conflicting excuses I asked for a refund. I was promised a refund but 1 month later and the money has not been refunded. I am sick and tired of their lies. The Customer Service is appalling. I am reporting them to ACCC. Unethical businesses like this one exists only to steal people's money... AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I ordered a bottle of rum back in December 2022 it was for a Christmas present, the day after made the purchase I received a confirmation with a bogus tracking number, after 16 emails and almost 5 months of waiting Ive had to resort to further action, it's not for the fact it may have been about $100 for the bottle it's for the fact that they are taking money from people and making up excuses to not give the money back or let alone send the item/s.

Order never delivered , keep being offered replacement stock but then that product is “out of stock” . Nearly 4 weeks later still waiting for order fulfilment .

Pathetic everything. Orders don’t get delivered at all. And they blame other people. Then they ask what you would like to do and you tell them you would like a refund…. Oh no.. they keep saying we will try and deliver it again. Even though they tell you if you like they will refund you. This has been back and forth 6-7 times. I am still trying to get a refund. It’s like they don’t understand how to read. I want a refund!!! Give me back my money that you have stolen.

Ordered two bottles of Citadelle Gin. nearly 4 weeks later, no delivery or any attempt to tell me when they will be delivered.. But have taken my money the day I placed the order. Tried to call them numerous times, and the phone is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS. Now in the hands of my bank. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FEDERAL POLICE..

Finally after 3 dam long months of fighting with their so called customer service. Dec 13th ordered a bottle of Irish Mist on their site stated in stock they lied, was never in stock. I am getting a full refund. This took the ACCC and Fair Trades NSW to get this done. Ty to all the people that helped me. I will never use this company again. Then they have the audacity to ask me We request you to take back the fair trading complaint. Umm NO NO NO NO way in hell.

I placed an order but the payment portal looked suss so I came here and found all these 1stars reviews so didn't proceed - thanks Trust Pilot! The next day I received a phone call from a male with a non-Aussie accent who asked me if I needed help with finishing the sale and I told him I'd read reviews that LiquorKart was a scam and he promptly hung up on me.

Ordered an item dec 12, not supplied even though they said it was shipped, they later blamed their "supplier" and after promising it would be shipped for two months I gave up and asked for a refund. After them promising daily that they will refund me and they haven't, it's clearly a scam, so I've referred them both to the bank to dispute the transaction as well as to consumer protection. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM!

The absolutely dodgiest company ever! No product, no refund! They should be closed down! Ordered in December. Zilch!

Ordered a bottle of Metaxa over 2 and a half months ago, which has never arrived. The phone number they give on their website if not connected, and all emails are either ignored or the response is an excuse. I have asked for a refund, which has not been forthcoming, and I have reported this to my credit card company, who will investigate. I also plan to report them to the Department of Fair Trading and the ACCC.

Valentines Day was ruined, after Valentines Day have come and gone, and the novelty of a printed cut out of 'Love Gin' wore off, and the next day delivery was well and truly not honored, I asked 'is my order on its way' they said 'it's in stock but you need to pay first' and sent a link to pay for the product (again)... I sent them a screen shot of my order and it was now 'ow we see it now, this product might come on the weekend' well the weekend has come and gone, just like Valentines Day and these scam artists can't be bothered responding to me anymore. I'm wondering if the bank can refund my money :( :( :( ?

Pretty sad that Liquorkart comes up as a first liner on a google search. They have put so much effort into their website to make it look legitimate which tells me they're obviously getting a lot of hits and stealing a lot of money!!! Some of the items on this website are $500+ so I sincerely hope I can stop people donating money to whatever kind of money laundering business this is, which I suspect considering their payment links is based in the UK.

In any case, reported to fakebook as a scam page, and their website has been reported to the ACCC.

I hope somebody does the right thing here because theft is against the law and a criminal offence.
I hope these people are caught and put in jail.

100% flush your money down the toilet, you might get it back, I doubt anyone will ever see it again after handing it over to these scamers.

I wish I could have seen these reviews before purchasing. I am sure I will never receive my products, $150 down the drain.
Placed an order back in december of 2022 and still haven't received anything to date. there was an email stating my order had been shipped with a tracking number that did not work. when I queried them about it they said that they had not even received the product and it will be sent in a few weeks. why was an email sent that the order had been shipped when that was not the case? they still advertise this product on their website as in stock. but all the do is give me excuses that their suppliers haven't sent it. false advertising and a scamming company. never again and I've mentioned this to as many people as possible to stay away.

Ordered a bottle of whiskey early Dec' 2022 for xmas. Till now no item. They are terrible with comms and using poor excuses for not delivery. Lastly, promised refund and 2 months later still no refund, using gateway errors for not refunding. DO NOT TRUST.
