Contact Liquor & Gaming to shut these crooks down

My story is the same as others. Received bogus Australia Post tracking number. Goods never received. Countless emails and phone calls and no response. Threatened to go to police and then they send me a bogus refund receipt. Refund was never received. I contacted Narellan Police (where their liquor licence is registered) and they advised to lodge a complaint with Liquor and Gaming.

I ordered from here before Xmas ORDER #…

I ordered from here before Xmas ORDER # 000034922 firstly they said my order was shipped but the shipping number didn't work. Then they said it was out of stock it's now been months and nothing has been rectified I have not received my order nor have I been offered a replacement or refund. I can't believe they are still allowed to trade as this is a frequent occurrence with this company. They need to be investigated.

Do not order from liquorkart!
Placed my order (order number 000035625) received a email to say goods had been sent and a tracking number. Tracking number is fake, will not answer emails or phone calls, lost $150.

Either truely shocking customer service or an absolute scam. Maybe spend some time replying to customer emails instead of bad reviews.

They robbed me. Still haven't received goods after almost 3 months and dogging my contact attempts

This is the worst service I have ever received.

I ordered a $145 bottle of La Fee Bohemian Absinthe on the 26th of December 22. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT.

I have sent over 4 tickets, 3 chats and a reply to their only 1 response on my first enquiry. Which was it was supposed to have been shipped to them and theyre still waiting.

They haven't answered my calls or attempts to contact.

They have robbed me. Do not buy through them.

Edit: Yes, I would be happy to, if you could correspond with me by email. As I do not feel comfortable disclosing my details and order number on a public forum.

I have emailed you several times already and opened a plethora of tickets. Any reply to these would be appreciated. Or, if you could provide an email you do answer to I will be more than happy to forward my information then.

Do not trust

Placed order, paid, received tracking number and then an email to say no stock available. Have asked for a refund repeatedly and there is no communication at all from them.

Do not buy anything from this…

Do not buy anything from this company!!! I've ordered Brandy from them, it never arrived. Was supposed to be Christmas presents. I've lost almost $200. I called them daily for a month. Telephones don't work. Left numerous messages. Until now I've heard absolutely nothing from them. They are scamming thieves!!!

Ordered 7 bottles on their Black Friday…

Ordered 7 bottles on their Black Friday sale in November. Only received 3 bottles. I’ve contacted them via email 7 times, constantly receiving a generic response saying my other bottles will be despatched in 48 hours. Phone number doesn’t work. I’ve now been ghosted & im hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Avoid this company they are SCAMMERS. In the process of recovery through my bank

Fake delivery tracking number sent

Fake delivery tracking number sent. Unable to contact customer service via email or phone. Thankfully I used afterpay and they assisted with a refund of no delivery.

Scammers!!!

Scammers!!!! Do not buy from them!!!!!

Ordered limited edition Johnnie Walker and all I got was run around and bull talk.

Lodge dispute with your bank straight away, don’t believe a word they are saying.

They should be investigated by NSW Police as it is an active fraudulent activity.

They publicly replied on my review on 9/2/2023. Order 35545 was placed on 16/1/2023, no refund yet. However the matter is with credit card provider and will be contacting NSW Police on Monday to report a fraud.

Once again DO NOT BUY from them as they are scammers!

They operate through a third party so don't even have stock on hand.
I have been chasing my refund ever since.
Keep receiving excuses via email about my refund. Have STOLEN MY MONEY along with alot of other people.

Do not buy

Bought some bottles from their site 1/1/2023. It's the beginning of the new year so not fussed. But after a week with no response, I double check they website to see if they have a return-to-work date. nothing was displayed so I email them. I get a reply, I quote:

"Due to high demand , the products are delayed .Our team is experiencing a higher volume than normal, resulting in longer wait times. We were expecting this 2 weeks back but the supplier was unable to deliver it in time for some reason and we again apologize for it."

Understandable but if they had no stock and knew that they are out why not show that on their website so I can buy from someone that dose have stock. I question them on this. They replied the next day and I quote:

"We really apologize for the delay in our response. Our team is experiencing a higher volume than normal, resulting in longer wait times.
We like to inform you that there is a delay in the dispatch of the products because of the high demand for the products.
If you do not want to wait we can suggest a similar replacement product available in stock with us."

How can I choose a replacement from their website if what I originally bought didn't show they had any in stock? so how would I know what I was selecting as a replacement that they would have on hand. That made no sense. I questioned them on that. They reply and I quote:
"We were expecting this 2 weeks back but the supplier was unable to deliver it in time for some reason and we again apologize for it.
As per our records the products we have ordered from the supplier likely to receive it in a week. As soon as it arrives we will dispatch it.You are able to see changes in the tracking number link once dispatched.
If you continue with this order we can add 2 beer cans as a token of apology from us."

So now they recon it will still be 2 weeks but will arrive in one and they give me 2 beers for an apology. Never address my questions or concerns now I am feeling like these are generic responses like I am being scammed. I ask for a refund. The very next day mind you it's the 5 from the first day I inquired about my package so not even a week they send me a shipping label from Starshipit. I think cool but still suspicious I wait 2 days and it's still pending. I ring Starshipit and they confirm that Liquorkart have bought a shipping label but have not ship it and I couldn't confirm if the shipping label provided had my address on it. I emailed and rang them with no response.

I have lodge a formal complaint with Nsw Fairtrading fairtrading nsw gov au/help-centre/online-tools/make-a-complaint I suggest anyone else with an issue with them do so as well. Be requesting a chargeback from my bank and seeing my lawyer. I have also informed ACCC and ACL on their dealings.

I would like to update the situation. After informing LiquorKart that I have taken action by requestion the bank to chargeback my account and put a complaint in with NSW fairtrading they gave me a full refund. I can’t adjust the star rating even tho I got the refund because all the hassles it was and the way they handled the situation. They asked me to buy from them again. Sorry I can’t because that trust is broken and will forever have in the back of my mind will I even get my order, will it even be what I ordered, will it arrive intact or poorly packaged arriving smashed, Will the honour the law and give me a refund with asked? Word of advice only buy form companies that offer paypal lot less hassles

Drop shipping scam

Ordered several bottles in early December, 3 of the 7 arrived about 20 days later. The others are unaccounted for.

Support is slow, the responses are scripted and they just stonewall. I've requested a refund many times and been ignored.

Reporting to the ACCC and Affairs Services VIC, avoid!

Do Not Buy from Liquor Kart

It's a scam. I am in the process of having them investigated by the consumer watchdog. Not much I can add other reviews haven't already covered. Fake tracking, spam, scripted email responses.

Do not buy from here. They bank on victims giving up and just conceding the loss. I won't be doing that

SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Basically the same as every other story on here. Purchased on the 26/11 and received a shipping notice on the 29/11 saying it was dispatched. Clearly the shipping number was fake as it still doesn’t work. Emailed the company to say where is my order….? Got a reply saying they were waiting on stock and would ship no later then the 13/12 and if they couldn’t ship it then, they would give me a full refund. So of course nothing has been received. So I emailed them saying where is my refund and they are now conveniently not returning my emails.
I’m disgusted that these people would take other peoples hard earned money. I will be putting in a transaction dispute with my bank and going to the ACCC regarding this matter.

I ordered products over 3 weeks ago

I ordered products over 3 weeks ago. I was sent fake tracking info. Then told me they couldn't fill part of my order they got me to change brands. Eventually I asked for a refund and they didn't supply my products they stopped replying to my emails.
I think I've lost my money, but I'll keep trying .... If you buy from this company, be prepared to lose your money.

Scam

I have ordered a product, received an email with fake tracking, and then another to say the order was complete with no products. I have called over 20 times and not one phone has been answered. The only communication is through instagram which they reply with customer service will look into it. Not sure how I missed all the other reviews, no product no communication and no idea if I will get the product or money back. Order number is 000034234, I see that they ask for this as they are pretending to look into it with their generic replies.

Poor process

Goods delivered as described but poor process. Shipping email sent with tracking number but link did not work. Australia post had no record of the item. Took two weeks after ‘shipped’ email for goods to be picked up by Aus Post. Do not respond to the customer service number. Did eventually reply to my email.

Beware Ponzi scheme fraud being…

Beware Ponzi scheme fraud being operated here where they give you a Pending Australia Post number that never gets filled and when you query the order the response is they will get back to you within 24 hours - they never do. Wish I had read all the other bad reviews before I had my money scammed by these fraudsters
