Website showed stock available.
Received an invoice and tracking number
Turns out they had no stock!

After 3/4 emails and two phone calls I requested a refund, which was verbally agreed/committed too.

No refund received and the vendor does not respond to any communications

I have therefore lost my $ 228

Never buy from this liars and cheats

Never buy from this liars and cheats. Ordered an item in May, told
It was dispatched in June now November still not received. Contacted them months ago every time they eventually respond the story is different. Have claimed it was delivered twice neither of which have occurred. Won’t refund and haven’t delivered. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life

Doesn't do what it say's on the box!!

I originally ordered 4 bottles of whisky for a good price (one of the now many 10% discount off everything deals) on the 18th of June, heard that they were dispatched then nothing after chasing them up they said they had one in stock and it would be dispatched within a week of the 18th of July, on the 1st of August I again chased them up as I had still not received anything ,on the 2nd they said give them 24-48 hrs to sort it, eventually about the end of August I did get 2 bottles but no further communication! On the 5th of October I again contacted them to ask about the missing 2 bottles,they replied on the 6th saying give them 24-48 hrs to check on the status of the order, Today I received an email saying they were refunding me, even this was wrong! They were under refunding me ,after having my money for almost 5 months, I feel I have given them ample opportunity to sort out this issue even giving then the benefit of the doubt, with a possible over expansion of their business and possible under staffing, but enough is enough ,I will never deal with them again and caution anyone else to be very wary of dealing with them.

I placed an order back in July for a gift hoping it would arrive in time for my husbands birthday. Wrong! after confirming the order and stating it was being prepared for shipment, I did not hear back from them for a month?! When I did receive an email it was mid August with an update of my order, it said that they did not have the items in stock and would i like a replacement? I replied yes, that would be fine however it has been a month later still no response or order?
I had to call them in September to follow this up and the person I spoke to confirmed they did not have it in stock?! I told them that I received their email and responded? I then asked them if I they could arrange a refund which they agreed to and did this straight away. I asked for email confirmation of the refund and they confirmed it would be sent to me when completed.
I am most dissapointed in the lack of commuication and for not refunding the money when they did not have the items in stock, this was left up to me to follow up..very poor service.
Would not recommend to anyone if this is a common occurance.

Absolute waste of time!!!!

Absolute waste of time!!!!! Don't buy from them even though they are cheaper. Had nothing but issues. They can't fulfil orders because they don't have the stock. Tell you tracking info will be sent and it's not. Send a partial order but don't even have the correct records when you call to query where the rest is. More hassle and time spent to resolve than the money you'll save. I'd give a big fat ZERO stars if I could!

Ordered a $500+ whisky online - but all I got was the run-around

Ordered a $500+ whisky online.
No order confirmation received
10 days later, no whisky received
Called up and I was told they don't have that whisky in stock and will refund me within 48hours.
No refund received, so rang back a week later and told I need to email their "support team" for a refund.
I am still waiting for refund.
They are still advertising the product as available online. Absolute con artists. Do not buy from them - you will be throwing away your money

Bordering on insulting

Took over a month to post my $700+ order, when it arrived it was missing two of the bottles I'd ordered and another was substituted with a different product, hoping I wouldn't notice. After requesting a refund and saying I would return the wrong bottle, they deliberately neglected to refund the wrong bottle and after weeks of probing they offered a $15 refund if I kept the bottle - that's less than postage back to them. Also, I contacted the wholesaler and their replacement's RRP is $10 less than what I ordered. Wow, I feel so appreciated guys. Slimy customer service. Almost every email I have received has "we will fix this within 24hrs/48hrs" and I don't hear back from them until I hit them up again after a week. Useless customer support and unreliable supply. There are better and cheaper places to go for your booze.
