Great service! Driver was even early for our departure, and very helpful with all our bags. Will definitely use them again as proved reliable and professional.

Our first driver was welcoming and did a great job of finding us at the airport, even though we went out the wrong door. One of the drivers was very fatherly and gave excellent recommendations. Service was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Lisbon Airport Transfer, going from the Lisbon airport to Sintra and going from Sintra back to Lisbon. We’ll worth the money!

5 star service, communicated every step of the way. They were ready and waiting for us on both arrival and departure, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned coach.

We booked a return transfer with this taxi company between our accommodation location (Oeiras) and the airport in lisbon. For the return we had to contact them the day before departure because we had not yet received a voucher (not professional). The next morning we were waiting at the agreed time and address. However, after 20 minutes there was still no taxi to be seen.
I immediately called customer service and a taxi would be arranged. Only half an hour later after my phonecall did we learn that the driver could not come.

In the end we had to call another taxi company ourselves to get to the airport. Due to this delay of over an hour we missed our flight.

This is of course entirely due to the failure to fulfill the agreement we had with this company.

In the beginning we were promised a refund of the expenses, but after a lot of time and emails we never got anything.

Never again.

Our transfer went well. Our agent was not available when we arrived but agents from another company were very helpful and contacted our agents company. Aftern a 10 minute wait we were on our way through commuter traffic.

Exited Lisbon airport to be greeted by a driver holding a card with my name on it. He was very polite and helpful taking my bags and showing me the way to the taxi. A smooth taxi ride to Cascais took us safely to our hotel. I paid the driver in cash for both the journey and our pickup in 5 days. We were picked up promptly at the agreed time 5 days hence snd experienced the same excellent service. Would recommend this service to any visitors. We travelled from the UK.

It was so easy to book for a cheaper price than airport taxis. The driver called me assuring me that he's waiting for me even though the flight was delayed and it took almost 1 hour to collect luggage.

Very nice and good English-speaking driver who gave me a lot of information I asked for. He even started a wifi connection when I needed to send a message to the hotel.

In the age of flashy big-tech ride-hailing apps, a traditional book & dispatch airport transfer service can appear a little basic, and so I didn't quite know what to expect. Happily, the booking process was simple and informative, I got phone numbers to reach the driver and a call centre, we got through arrivals quicker than anticipated (note this was late, close to midnight) but the driver was already there waiting. The driver helped with our heavy luggage and the 8-seater van was clean, modern and had plenty of room. The driver was extremely courteous and efficient, and we arrived safely and very quickly to our apartment. Excellent all round and will definitely use these guys again!

Further to my last review dated 22/03/2020 the company's boss has contacted me today to offer his apologies for this error in my booking.
He offered me a full refund of 67 euros but I declined as all I wanted was his acknowledgement that this would not happen again.
In this time where covid 19 is affecting a lot of people and their jobs, it's vital that we all take care of each other and I felt getting ripped off but now I'm satisfied.

The service provided was excellent.
It was easy to book online and LisbonAirportTransfersTO confirmed the details and all arrangements clearly explained.
Our arrival flight was delayed but this did not cause a problem; our driver made contact with us by telephone to explain where he would be in the arrivals hall. He also provided an excellent introduction to Lisbon, he was polite and friendly and gave us some very useful information about getting around the area.
Our return driver was on time at our hotel. All went smoothly. I would use again.
