Very good service, highly recommended!

Our driver was outside waiting for us just before the appointed time at 5 am. It was a quick ride to the airport. The car was clean and roomy. Booking the transfer was simple online. I would definitely use them again.

The driver was late, a lot of hanging around at the airport. Was not really sure where he was going. However, once we got going and confirmed destination, he was very fast, which was good since I had an appointment.

My pleasure to let your potential clients know how good your services are! Two days before my arrival to Lisbon I booked a private transfer with a Mercedes E-Class and two stops in the city. Everything was confirmed by the agent via email.
My biggest surprise came when I landed and had been pick up by an dusty Opel (big price difference) and the driver informed me that he can't take the complete trip and he is going to drop me off at my first stop (because he has other clients waiting) and after I should take a taxi to my final destination! After I talked to the manager and waited like 15 minutes in the airport parking he agreed to complete the trip as I requested!

We got to Lisbon around 830AM ,we cleared customs and immigration then got thru exit and they had our name on a paper . The lady waiting for our arrival then called the transfer for us .He arrived within 30 minutes and on to our hotel. The night before our flight back to the states we received an E-mail and confirmation for our return. Everything went smoothly with no worries or stress. Great company 😀

Immediately after having made my booking, I received an email confirming same. There is also an option to receive text reminders regarding the pick up. Due to our airline cancelling one flight and then the new flight I had to update Lisbon Transfers, This was done easily via the original confirmation booking form and I received an immediate email confirming the change. Administrative service fast and courteous. On arrival at the airport our driver met us with our name clearly displayed. He was extremely polite and an excellent driver. Excellent service from start to finish.

Drivers for both legs of the round-trip were helpful and friendly. Pick-up at the airport was a bit slow, but nothing too terrible (had to wait maybe 15 minutes due to arriving driver being stuck in traffic). Driver for return trip arrived early, which was appreciated. Would 100% recommend and use again!
