The driver was late, it was night (3 am) and no one answered the help line. Eventually someone picked up but a men was so sleepy that I couldn't understand what he was saying. When I called him again he was clearly upset that I woke him up and yelled at me that I interrupted him from talking to the driver. Finally, the driver arrived (15 minutes late) but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Well organized, serious and always available

We have had a 3:40am pick up to make a flight out of Lisbon. Our driver was on time, kind, and made our very early transfer enjoyable.

Easy, friendly, reliable service.

I got a call while waiting for our bags in the baggage hall, from the driver who was courteous and spoke English well. I explained that we would be through in a few minutes. When we arrived at the airport arrivals there was a sign with our name on it. After a 10-15 minutes wait out taxi driver arrived and brought us to the car. The journey all went well.
We had arranged a pickup and it was the same driver who as mentioned was courteous and spoke good English. He arrived slightly ahead of schedule and brought us without problems to the airport in sufficient time to check in and make our flight.

I was booking for 8 people and thought it was going to be a hassle. It was the complete opposite. Originally I booked for 7 and had to rebook for 8, however I called up and it was sorted in 5 minutes. Our driver was waiting even when it was delayed and was extremely friendly and told us where the best places to go would be. I would highly recommend this company!

Driver on time, and so helpful and friendly. Did not leave me until my friend came to meet me.W wonderful service all around, but particularly for a woman solo traveler.

Very efficient operation. Came out of customs to a wall of signs with names including mine. Introduced myself and our driver walked us to his car, offering to help carry bags, and then drove us smoothly to our destination. Luckily he was on his toes as there were some interesting road manoeuvres from other drivers which made me relieved that I had not chosen to hire a car after getting the early flight. Only minor negative was that when booking we were told we could pay the driver but a couple of hours after booking we received an e-mail to say that we had to pay upfront by credit card. Not a big issue but odd that having been given the option it was then taken away.

Extremely happy with the airport shuttle in Lisbon. Following delays in both arriving and departing flights, we had to change both shuttle times (and the pickup address on departure) as well, this was carried out without any problem.

Perfekt transfer , while Eurowings was 3 hours late from Stuttgart to Lissabon.

Very good experience with Lisbon airport transfers! Our flight was almost one hour late, but the driver was right there in the airport waiting for us. Then I was unlucky and forgot my jacket in the car, and the driver came by on his free time to give it back to me, amazing. Both the trip from and back to the airport was right on time and the drivers very helpful. Highly recommend!

Jorge was on time and a good communicator. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Wish there were more stars to rate this company. 18 of us came for a hen weekend and from the start they were professional, replies were prompt, our driver George was just wonderful always on time and communications were clear keeping in touch with us for all journeys booked. Transfer was excellent, met us at the gate in Lisbon and arrived 10mins early for our departure collection getting us to the airport with time to spare.. Cars were extremely clean, drivers were very helpful and friendly…

We booked the service from Lisbon Airport to Cascais and back. It was perfect! Upon arrival our plane was more than an hour delayed, the driver was waiting with no extra charge. On our way back there was extreme traffic jam. The driver came earlier than expected and took us via alternative route to the airport within 45 minutes. The price was fair - 70 € for 4 adults including luggage with a quite comfortable van. We highly recommend the service!
