Almost perfect transfer (bit unclear upfront communication)
Booked for my parents in their 70s and feedback was absolutely positive about a professional driver who helped with bags, good English skills explaining things along the way, driving style and state of car. Only downside was the driver didn't wait outside arrivals but at a meeting point which was not communicated upfront. They had to wonder around and communicate through me to the service line. All worked out then but I expected the driver to be right at the doors.

The pick up was just over 30 mins late…
The pick up was just over 30 mins late and the traffic was very busy.
Also the driver had no change so we over paid!
The driver was very polite and the car was clean and comfortable.
I think he should have not been using his phone to text and check messages whilst driving…

The whole experience was fairly seemless. Had to wait a few minutes for the driver, and we had a lot of stuff travelling with a baby, but we all fit in and arrived safely to our flat in good time. Would book again.

LisbonAirportTransfersTo offered the best price I could find. They contacted me in advance and appeared right on time. The driver who delivered us to our hotel was keen to recommend restaurants when we asked. The driver who returned us to the airport knew lots of local history that we hadn't learned. He also knew the best methods of getting through very thick traffic back at the airport. Will use again. Very pleased.

Excellent, professional service. We would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone and will use them again. When we arrived at our destination, our keys where not where they were supposed to be. The driver called the owner and helped us tremendously.

Wonderful driver
Initially it was difficult to know where to meet the driver and we were passed on to 3 different employees of the firm which was a muddle. However our driver was magnificent and deserves the 5* rating. When we arrived at our destination he took great care of us, helping us to find our Airbnb - which proved rather difficult.

Great service and very friendly…
Great service and very friendly drivers. We were delayed on our flight to Lisbon and the driver waited the extra 1.5 hours.
They contacted us prior to pick ups ,which made the experience very smooth.
