Ordered a set of shorts and received a different set altogether. Since contacted the seller and received no response.

ORDER 274492. Order date November 20, 2023.
Received only one of the two sweatshirts ordered and have several emails requesting an update or refund for the missing sweatshirt and have heard nothing! Could someone please tell me where the FLAXEN SIZE MEDIUM sweatshirt is, or at least refund me!?

Awful. I had to return a blush pink oversized sweatshirt.
When it arrived it had grey sticking on the arm sleeves.
Which stood out horribly.
Cost me 25 pounds. To return it to the address in the USA.have.sent several emails. No reply’s and my last two emails have just been bounced back. Saying email doesn’t exist. So guess this me around 90pounds out of pocket. Lesson learnt!!!!

worst experience I've ever had with a clothing company. These guys shouldn't be in business. I returned boots back in February and haven't received my $80 refund and they haven't returned my emails. I'm sorry I didn't do more research on this company. I won't make that mistake again.

I actually like some of the items I've purchased from them A LOT. I find them to be well made unlike some reviewers. But the last purchase I tried to return items and the process was very confusing and, you have to email someone, and they give you a poorly worded description of how to send returns, it is super unclear, and you have to pay for return shipping. I didn't get a tracking number and so I guess I don't get a refund? I sent it to the address they stated, and included the receipt, my name and my order number. But I guess it's all on me to track the package? They won't even look for it because I have no tracking number. I just think this process is completely ridiculous. If you're an online company you should have this figured out and clearly write out your process for customers.

If I could give a Zero Rating I would. I paid for a fleece lined Yoga set on December 4th 2022. I am still awaiting my order (3 months later) and not getting any satisfaction from their Customer Care Team. Avoid avoid avoid.

I admit, I was very concerned about my order specifically the faulty tracking link. The reviews increased my concern. However, I did receive my order one week after my online purchase. The article of clothing is perfect! I love it!!
Please, improve your tracking system!

I wish I had read the reviews on this site. I ordered a sweatshirt back in early December that I paid almost $100 for and it still hasn't arrived. Can anyone say how long shipping does take for those people who have received their orders?

Don't do it! Very poor communication. Finally, after repeated attempts to get shipping info (tracking is useless), received my overpriced sweatshirt. Holes in the pockets! I should know better, so this is on me.

I collaborated with them as an influencer a few months ago and once I posted my content they stopped responding to my emails and I haven’t been paid. They OWE ME $300 for the content I delivered and I wished I read the comment before I agreed to work with them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR COLLAB WITH THEM

I bought several pieces from this shop. The shipping took ages and the packages came in to parts. Sizing was off and when I finally received the last package it was obviously very different from the pictures on the site. Returned the package but never got my money back. Even paid alot for shipping it back. They promise to issue a refund but never do and stop answering emails. It's definitely a scam.

i placed an order on july the 6th, got the confirmation on the same date and havent heard anything since.

It’s a scam! Buyer beware! It has been a month and a half I never received my merchandise, no shipping info, no contact with the seller, nothing! Don’t buy anything from them it’s a total scam! Don’t do business with a seller who doesn’t respect it’s customers!

I ordered 7 items (order #210266) in total and they came in separate parcels. I have received two separate parcels and the two of them only contain 5 items in total. Two pair of sweatpants are missing. I have already emailed them as well as left DM on their insta but still haven’t been heard from the CS. Please LIT if you see this please assist.

Literally just a scam. I ordered 2 items from them in February, after 2 weeks with no shipping update I reached out to the customer service asking what was going on. After not getting a response initially, I sent another message asking for my order to be completely cancelled. They then responded saying one of my items has already shipped (why no shipping update? and why would only 1 item ship at a time when it's traveling so far?) and provided with me a tracking number (that did not work) for the item that had already shipped. For whatever reason, they could not tell me which item had shipped and which item they had cancelled. But they said they would refund me for the item that had not shipped yet. When I saw the refund on my paypal ($33) I assumed the item that would still be coming would be a pair of shorts because they had been $48 and the other item was $28. Well. After a month+ the original item has finally arrived and it is the $28 hat. So I'm out $43 and now have a crappy hat.

Looks amazing and well priced until you get all the way through the checkout process and then discover it’s all in USD. At no point are you made aware of this - be very careful to look for this if you don’t you’re going to be paying double of what you think. Shop elsewhere until this dodgy is changed.

My ordered was delivered to a neighbor - who didn't get it to me in the 30 day return window ...and they didn't care. The piece I ordered was the ugliest brown. Diarrhea brown ...and I'm stuck with it - they wouldn't even let me exchange for a different color. No flexibility in their customer services.
