Just Don't Do It

I really wish I'd read reviews before ordering, but I doubt many people do. Just like I didn't bother to read all the red flag small print. Placed an order for my wife on the 19th of last month. Today is the 7th. Not the longest wait in the world yet; the problem is that while these folks give you an address in Delaware as their contact addy, they are, in fact, in China. This is where your items will ship from-- if they ship. They will email you a tracking number with a "TRACK" icon that does literally nothing but make you feel like a moron when you keep clicking it. Go to the courier's (who???) website, and nearly three weeks after the order was placed, the only information available is that information was provided to the shipper. So either (1) the merchandise hasn't actually been shipped yet, or (2) despite the little airplane icon (clever), the items are actually shipping from China to the U.S. by boat. IF what we ordered ever actually arrives, I pray it fits and doesn't suck, because their inscrutable return policy sounds like a nightmare, beginning with shipping back to China at your own expense no matter what the reason. Refund? Hilarious. Read others' accounts. Ultimately, I suggest just shopping elsewhere. If, like me, you only looked into reviews *after* ordering and *then* seeing red flags, I wish you luck.

Don’t order there, ist’s scam!!!

Not trustful at all. First of all: be aware, u have to pay for the Return and the Adresse is somewhere in China, so it’s gonna be an expensive return! The delivery is very very late. After weeks! I‘m still waiting for items. In consideration of the fact that most customers order 3 items from the shop due to the offer “buy 3, pay 2“, the provider makes sure that the first part of the order is shipped as soon as possible. (Which was still quiet late, after 14days I got my first item!) as soon as 1 item has been shipped, the seller takes a very long time to ship the remaining items and generously offers that a cancellation is possible at any time. That, in turn, doesn't make much sense for me as a customer, since it makes the offer „3for2“ obsolete.
They excuse the delay with „the item is temporarily out of stock“, although they still offering all the items in there shop.
a trustworthy shop wouldn’t offer an item if it was not even available for customers who have already ordered it and have been waiting for it for weeks
In summery, the many issues speak for a scam.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

DO NOT SHOP HERE. ITS BEEN A FEW DAYS SHY OF A MONTH, AND MY ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED. I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. After waiting for over a month for a jacket I needed for a Christmas trip, the jacket arrived AFTER I HAD ALREADY LEFT FOR MY TRIP. I emailed the support because absurdly you have to ask them to give you an address to return it to. There was no mention in my email with them about the return that I only had 10 days to return the item. I returned the item once I returned from my trip AT MY OWN EXPENSE OF $20!! I emailed the company my shipping info as they had instructed and then they emailed saying that because I did not return in 10 days, I could not get a refund. This is ridiculous as I was already away when I got the package. They can take weeks and months to get you the item but you only have 10 days to return? WTH? In any event, when I complained about this, they said the 10 day return policy was indicated on their website. Why they fail to mention it when you email them to get the return address, I have no idea. Just ridiculous. I still don't know how I will get my jacket back now so I am out the $165 for the jacket and the $20 for the return shipping! No acknowledgement from the company that my return was received despite my tracking confirmation.
The jacket that I ordered WAS HUMUNGOUS!!!! No way is their sizing correct. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BEWARE.

They do not return massages

They do not return massages. I placed an order for my wife and it’s now 9 weeks later and the order it is NOT fulfilled.
I tried contention given them in different occasions with not RESPONCE at all.
Don’t waste your money.

Though it's near impossible to get a…

Though it's near impossible to get a coherent message from them, take multiple emails to get them to answer even just one question and shipping takes FOREVER.. I did receive my products, and they are exactly as pictured AND I got tons of compliments. I'd probably even order again just because I do love what I got, but the time and the communication is a huge let down.

Dissatisfied Across the Board

The quality of their products look great in photos, but doesn’t live up to expectations upon receiving (almost a month later at that). I was disappointed with the fit and overall quality of both items I purchased, however, I decided to only return the coat. That’s when I ran into the real dissatisfaction, and unfortunately I didn’t realize their return process is harder than it needs to be. They don’t provide a return label, and you have to email them to even set up a return. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, and I hope they can find a way to improve their business practices to create better relationships with their customers. #135477

#1055323 - returned and acknowledged as I had to pay for it to be returned to France - informed I would get a partial refund!!!! -still have not received and no idea as to why a partial refund would be received, Goods took ages to arrive and looked nothing like those advertised - informed a complimentary pair of socks was included in my order, did not want and no consolation for the bad services - email constantly no answer - Would never order again from this company

I only received these 3 items and the 4 item I never received is the Weekender Zip Up Fluorescent blue S We left to go to Florida on December 28th, we had our next door neighbor, pick-up the mail and packages. Unfortunately, on January 1st I was hospitalized due to COVID and being on oxygen in Naples for 5 days and had quarantine for another 5 days in Naples. However, we came home on Tuesday, 1/11/2022 and picked up our mail and packages for our neighbor yesterday.

I want to return the 3 items I recieved and you need to refund on the 4th that was Weekender Zip Up Hoodie-Fluoresecent blue S. The Total that you need to credit is $139.00.

Just to give a feedback, I ordered Small sizes in all the sweatshirts that were way too large to be a small size. And the sweatshirts are not the quality that I say on the models. I will never order from your company again.
Please do the right thing and provide a return label so you can refund my transaction. Please send a return label within 24 hours or I will dispute my bill. If you need to discuss or need proof of hospital stay please let me know by calling my phone number at 401-378-XXXX or email.

There is not phone number provided for customer service, only an email, which appears to not be monitored. I would not order from them again.

terrible service, missing items, no information

The website says they send a tracking number if they have to make multiple shipments. I received one email with a tracking number and when it arrived, only 1 out of 4 of my items was included. There was no other information on the other 3 items. I received an email over a week ago saying my order was complete. I have emailed support to find out the other tracking numbers but have not received any reply. Too bad, because I might have ordered from them again, but they need to respond to emails! Order #150080
Update after Reply: It is unusual for you to post the tracking numbers in a public forum. You should have responded to my emails with that information. Having said that, we will see how the tracking proceeds. It is moving very slowly.

I returned my items and they received…

I returned my items and they received it via usps a month ago. I’ve been trying to contact them and it’s as if my emails keep getting passed around. One person finally figured out that it had been delivered after I sent my receipt with tracking 3 times then I got an automated email about how and where to send my return. Now I’m getting ghosted. I’ve ordered previously and the quality is good but I had no idea customer service was this horrendous. I will definitely think twice before ordering from this company again. This is my last ditch effort to get in contact with someone before I just report this as a fraudulent website order to my credit card company

No response from customer service

Ordered purchased 12/28/21 and have reached out to customer service twice with no response. No phone number listed, only an email that automatically sends a generic respond. Items should have been listed as backordered if there would be this delay. I plan to cancel the charge with my CC company.

There is no customer service

There is no customer service. None. I bought the wrong size, and the only way you can exchange, per their FAQs, is to email customer service within a set period of time. I sent them three emails. Crickets. Absolutely no response, it has been weeks now. Buyer beware.
