If I could give a no star I most definitely would I placed an order over two weeks ago I’ve emailed them for status of my order I’ve received no response but yet they’ve charged my credit card. Their website indicates that they ship between 3 to 5 days but it could be delayed seven days no response to multiple emails is rotten customer service. They should not charge your credit card until the order is shipped this company is a scam I would never order from them again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a jacket over 2 months ago and still have not received it. No where in the website does it say it ships from asia. Total disappointment

Hello! I've ordered a puffer coat at litactivewear.com. The delivery is rather long, it took almost a month. But a puffer coat is really great, I was really amazed with quality. It is very light, warm, the size fits me perfectly. I highly recommend litactivewear. Thank you for a perfect quality item!

AVOID!!!!!! I am still waiting on the jacket I ordered 2 months ago. Total scam. They say it has shipped but I am still waiting to receive.

I have sent emails asking for an update. At this point I just want a refund or for ANYONE to respond to my emails asking when I can expect my order. I placed it 3 weeks ago and haven’t received anything besides an order confirmation. Don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam. My order number is 141041. Please tell me where my stuff is.

I put in an order on 12/8/21 with a GUARENTEED before Christmas arrival. It is 01/12/22 and I still have not received my items. I specifically checked to make sure this company was not overseas. Their website claims to be from Deleware. It is NOT - IT IS IN CHINA. I am beyond disappointed by this. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

I've ordered and PAID 2 outfits on December the 11th 2021 and still waiting form my order is processed (i'm writing on Jan 12th 2022) despite the 3 email sent to them asking for info and reimbursement.
They said that because of Xmas, they were overwhelmed, then that what i've ordered was sold out, then nothing...
UNQUALIFIABLE ATTITUDE.

I ordered from LIT on 11/30 and received it on 12/28. While the shipping was a month long, I did receive the jacket though it is completely not the right size and the site is definitely misleading. I've been trying to contact Customer Support since 12/29 with no response. I've emailed multiple times, messaged on Instagram - nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not honor returns, even if you contact them within 10 days of receiving a back-ordered item. This seems to be a scam and this is not a US company.

FIRST,
I placed an order using a discount code but the discount code wasn't applied to the order. LITactivewear did not respond to my email asking if the order could be recalculated and the code applied.
SECOND,
When the order arrived, the item was not the 'Dark Red' colour that I ordered - it is a very bright, orange-red that is hideous!! The moment I received the order, I emailed the email address given on orders and on their website but received no response.
I have sent three emails since receiving the parcel but no response.
Very bad product descriptions (or perhaps the staff are colour-blind?) and very, very poor customer service.
Never again.

I ordered 3 sweatshirts prior to Christmas. I received an email shortly afterwards letting me know that the order would be divided into 2 shipments - no issue. However their 17track ship tracking is a joke. Almost each entry ends in 41 minutes after the hour which is impossible for a package to depart and arrive in different locations at 41 past the hour- almost all of the time. Now it appears as though the package has not moved from someplace (where, I have no idea) since the 3rd of this month. I am almost scared of what the sweatshirts will look like when (or if) they are received. I am never ordering anything off of Instagram like this again.

Same as multiple other reviews... I ordered two Whisper Oversized Sweatshirts on December 5. I received only a single tracking number (YT2135321272121350) indicating that the whole order would ship in a single package (this is exactly what their website says). The package arrived today, and only ONE of the sweatshirts was in the package. I have been charged for both, and there seems to be no recourse I can take.

One would THINK entire order would be in ONE bag, wouldn't they?!

I received an email saying my order of two items would be sent in two shipments. Half my order arrived in a timely manner with very good tracking. I never received information or a tracking number about the second shipment. I've contacted the company numerous times but haven't received a response. Too bad. We love the product and would have ordered more from them.

I will not buy buy from this scam company again. I received an incomplete order, but charged for the complete order. I ordered 2 oversized sweatshirts and only received one. I ordered these on December 1st. It's been over a month now. I have sent 2 emails and no one is responding. I have read that others are in the same boat!😡

Please send me the tracking link so that I can follow this package delivery. Please send me this information to my email. I have tried to track this number with no success. I am not optimistic about receiving this package. Once again, my order number is #99118 and please contact me at the email that is on this order. Thank you.

Where is my order and where are the free socks????? The tracking number they sent is fake. This company is most definetly a scam. I will never order off the Face Book adds again!

Updated 1/21/22- Still have not received my package and it does not track. Buyers beware! Do not buy from this company. Everything looks great on the website, but trust me, it's a nightmare... I ordered December 1st and I'm almost 2 months waiting!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I ordered a sweat shirt and pants. I wear size medium. They sent me XXL. What gives with this company? I can even figure out how to return them.

Scam the send fake tracking product does not show up.

I placed my order for a sweatshirt on 12/6/2021. Nothing yet and tracking is a mess. Do not order from Lit. Seems to be a scam and I was scammed.

Since opening a PayPal dispute, this company has written several fake reviews here, listed below. You can tell by the broken English and use of the same name repeatedly. They are dedicated to their scam. BUYER BEWARE!!

I have order a coat in the beginning of Dec and yet to receive it. Its been over a month and they are sending the same generic email. No tracking info and no real updates. Ive asked for refund already.
