Didn't receive any confirmation and the delivery took a very long time. Now I have received the first of two sweatshirts and the quality is not good. The color is not at all like the color on the picture. Do not buy anything from LIT.

Scam from China! When you comment on their site they delete all negative reviews! They reply to all inquiries with the same script which is obviously not from US! Don’t order you will never receive merchandise. I will never order from Facebook ads again.

Ordered back in late December, got notice of confirmation that my order had been placed but haven't heard anything about order shipping out. Going to dispute the charge with PayPal I guess!

I ordered a sweat shirt on 11/29/2021. Never got it and can not track. Where is it?
So I posted this alittle over a month after ordering. The day I posted it, I found the package in the mail box.
I must say it is way nicer than I expected. As far as the product, I give it 5 stars. Service I will excuse due to the holidays and shipping delays we have all experienced this year. I do wish you could track items and have updates so you don't feel like you just throw your money away for a month.

They appear to be written by the same person, who doesn’t have command of the English language, causing one to suspect the company is falsely reviewing itself. Ordered two sweatshirts for Christmas gifts, and still have not received them. There is no tracking either, so I have no clue where they are or if they have even been shipped. Will not be ordering from any of these companies out of China again.

I never got an email confirmation, an order number, or anything confirming the $100 order I placed, but the $100 was quickly deducted from my account. I have filed a charge dispute with my bank. DO NOT order from this company. It is a scam from Hong Kong. I spent $65 (!!!) on a pair of sweatpants that I could have gotten at Walmart. The quality was terrible. I returned them and they are now refusing to give me a refund saying they never received my product. Credit card company is giving me a refund.

This is a scam company? I ordered on FB litactivewear on Dec 5th and have not received my order. They keep telling me to be patient as they have to make the clothes! They charged my credit card right away! I noticed the same image of the model wearing the same exact top I ordered is in Nap also! Are they a part of the same scam out of China? If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered and had to follow up several times before they admitted they goods are out of stock and they are in production. Well, bad news - that production is not in the US so it will likely be weeks before it is ready. I cancelled but I have yet to receive the money back. Super unethical to take money from customers before the goods ship. Typically, companies would not charge you until the goods are shipped. Save your time / money - don't order from here.

I placed an order on 11/29. To date, I have NOT received any tracking information or an update of my order. There is not a number listed to speak with an actual company. Every time I email, I get an email asking to be patient. That’s all. My last email was requesting to have my order canceled and my money returned.
