I didn’t receive my order and they are saying they cannot refund. I got the delivery notification from Ontrac when I was at home and at that time I couldn’t find my package anywhere in my apartment. Now they are saying they cannot refund it and I shoud contact the local logistic company.

The store litactivewear is 100% scammers. They have another company - lattelierstore -that has almost the same clothes on their website.Never received the purchased item or a refund. Tracking numbers they send are fake. Even if they promise you to arrange a refund- don't believe it. Contact your bank or PayPal to dispute a charge!

Buyers beware it is not a us company!
Ordered a coat on black friday and still haven't received it! I thought it was a us brand but it is my fault I didn't look into it more. Waited for a week with no response and emailed them to ask for a cancel if the item has not been shipped yet. Two days after I get a response they are busy with a lot of order and asked me to wait patiently. The next day they ignored my request and said they shipped the item giving me the weirdest tracking number. No link no other info.
It's been almost three weeks and I haven't received my coat yet. Worst customer service and shipment takes forever. I will never buy again from this company!

Feeling like I was scammed
Ordered 4 items. Only received 2, the order status says delivered, and my card was run for the full order. It took 4 emails to customer service, a bad Facebook review and a rude comment on Instagram,to get a response. They urged me to be patient, said the rest of the order was on its way, and gave me a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number is the same as the shipment I got, so when I tracked the package, it says it was delivered😡

The company os a SCAM! My order was never delivered and the customer service is horrendous. They aren’t refunding my money back or trying to locate the package.

They told me to ask for proof of non-delivery of parcel. Which I got!!
After this the delivery company told me my order was returned to sender.But LIT has stopped responding to my emails and have still not provided with my refund despite submitting all the proof they asked for.

They price match
I found out that they actually price match which is good. Received the package in two week's time after I bought it on Black Friday so the wait wasn’t too bad at all given that I have an Altitude Sports’ order placed on BF that still hasn’t been dispatched….the quality of the LIT coat is fairly good compared to its price so overall I’m happy with the purchase!

They replied on email BECOFE I ordered, failed to reply on my 10+ Emails regarding my missing order, and now 180 days later, when a refund wasn’t an option they wrote exactly that (no refund could be done) - and didn’t offer to resend my shipping.

They advertise themself as an American company, saying that they ship from California. But it's not true; it's a Chinese company, they are not in the US, they are based in China, and they ship from China, and I have a screenshot from Paypal confirming that my money went to a Chinese company(in Chinese letters)

Chinese company pretending to be American
They’re painfully slow, misleading, and kind of rude.
It’s been almost 3 weeks since the returned item was delivered at their warehouse, and they still haven’t shipped out the replacement item.
They’re a Chinese company (which I am 100% okay with) pretending to be American (which i’m 100% not okay with). From design cues to language choices to everything else, the website attempts to have you mistake them for a company based in the US. As a result you expect the style of doing business to be American. You know, you make assumptions about how shipping will be handled, how returns and exchanges will be handled, etc. All of that is sub-par. They also price items much higher than they are worth to trick you into believing the product is premium; it’s not. The products are okay. But the service is horrible and subpar - inconsistent with the quality of service an American company would provide you for a premium product.

Their website also has an address that directs to a different website (also a scam) called melaninful.net selling clothes referencing black culture yet it's a Chinese-owned and taking advantage of the community by lying about being Black-owned!
