I am John Wang form the United States. Since AI models of litmedia.ai work very well for my video and image generations, I'd like to upgrade my "LitMedia LitVideo - Lifetime Plan Plus (2000)" to a higher-grade Lifetime Plan. I sent an email about it to the litmedia.ai support email on Feb 2nd, 2026. Just after about 20 minutes Chloe immediately replied me with detailed explanation about the benefits of the higher-grade Lifetime Plan and how to upgrade it with a payment link which covers the price difference between the two plans. Additionally, Chloe also provides me a link for joining the Discord group of Litmedia for immediate services. In following rounds of email exchanges, Chloe kindly sent me another email with more helpful explanation. I really appreciate Chloe's great help and professional, thoughtful and kind service. I wish litmedia.ai continue delivering wonderful products to customers and be rewarded with success in the years to come.

I got a year subscription when it was announced as a website able to do nsfw ai video. After november they changed their policy and didn't check until february when I was surprised with it. I asked for a refund of my pending months and they didn't comply when they clearly changed the contract on their own terms. I understand they will adhere to their 30-days refunds but in this case it was a fraud change contract in my opinion. I do not recommend any of their services.

False advertisement. The announce the possibility to create NSFW videos then after you sign up and buy the credits they change the filters and block even innocent generations. And then its practically impossible to unsubscribe

It was fun using LitMedia… until they completely disabled all NSFW images and videos.
Now even some non-NSFW images and videos are blocked or censored.

They advertise the service uncensored, after tryng multiple AI engines they have - it's not. Constant denials even for the most innocent stuff. They have no issue charging you a lot but when it comes to deliver = constant service denials. BTW it's ALL adult content and just general nudity. And their customer service person "Vivian" swore at me in "it's" email, lol. Stay away, even their "spicy" Love Ai engine is heavily censored. Go elswhere.

I'm French. I had several exchanges with LitMedia’s customer support following the purchase of my lifetime license, and I’d like to highlight the quality of the assistance. Chloe was consistently responsive, clear in her explanations, and genuinely committed to finding solutions to my technical issues. The difficulties I encountered could just as well have been caused by a few bugs on their platform as by my own hardware, and despite that, Chloe remained patient, professional, and kind throughout. It is not quite what I was looking for. Now that I have decided to cancel my subscription I have run into a stumbling block. The email they sent has a link to "Cancel Subscription" it takes me to a page 404 Oops page not found. On there site there is no link to a contact or help, that I can find and the chat button takes me to the same 404 page.

The customer service was great. Specifically, Echo was very honest and forthcoming about my situation with the app and gave me a refund. Whilst is not the 100% refund I expected, I appreciate the gesture nonetheless as they were quick to understand my frustration with the new policies they have implemented recently.

I have written many times now about a login issue and have not had a reply for several days.

If this continues I will be cancelling my subscription. And asking for a refund.

I don't see why I should be paying for a service that I can't use

few months ago, as my research and work required me find NSFW AI. Litmedia was recommended to me by few websites I read online. So I subscribed to their 1 year package purely for their NSFW features.
To my surprise, now they disable this features and refused to give refunds for the 8 months subscription I have left.
They are so many other AI worth paying than Litmedia. Other AI are jumping into NSFW and why is your company dumping this features? It's your lost!!

Now neither the sfw version doesnt work, ever pic i tried to upload from my library it’s refused because too large size.
