I have jsut checked the system and i can see an email was sent on the 9th October explaining your order had to be refunded and cancelled due to our supplier having stock issues and unable to provide us with a delivery date of this item. My apologies this never arrived to you. Hedgehog feeding stations
Purchased two hedgehog feeding stations and I am delighted with the quality of the product. It is strongly made and has a large viewing window so we can observe the visitors. Nigel kept me informed about timescales and delivery details. He actually sent them out earlier than I expected, so I am particularly pleased. Many thanks for a great all-round service.

Wonderful Customer Service
We ordered a treadle feeder online. The whole process including delivery was excellent with communication at each stage. Unfortunately when it arrived the item was broken. I connected the company and was impressed by how easy they made it to return the broken item and receive a replacement, all within a mater of a few days. Highly recommend this company.

Items missing with very poor customer service in response
I only received part of my order and wanted to check up on the status as to whether it was forgotten or whether it was on its way on 13 August. When I contacted them via their customer email, other than the automatic response, I had no reply. I followed up again on 19 August and now for the 3rd time now and it is the 26 August. Sadly, I will not be using them again.

I have looked through our emails and cannot see that we have received anything so it looks like it has not reached us for some reason, I will have this checked out encase we are having some technical issues. I have just checked on your order and i can see that your order was placed on the 5th August and a refund was issued on the 8th August for part of it for the weedkiller, the refund should have arrived with you by now. Please let us know if this isn't the case. Unfortunately our web developers accidentally enabled some products on our website that have been discontinued which allowed customers to purchase things that weren't available. My sincerest apologies for this matter and the inconvenience caused.
