Poor communication
Order sent, progress checked, account said processing. This status didn't change, checked several times. No change. Checked reviews many poor. About to reorder a cheaper one from another supplier when the order arrived with no notification. Poor communication but satisfied with the conclusion.

Short delivered and still awaiting response
After ordering a 10L tub of Slug Gone I only received 5L. Emailed over a week ago to ask if additional 5L tub can be sent but as of today, no reply

I have just checked on your order and i can see you have been partially refunded for the missing 5L of your order. Unfortunately our supplier seems to have a shortage of slug items at the moment, we were waiting for a delivery of them but it was cancelled at the last minute as the stock didn't arrive in for them to ship it to us, so a refund was issued to you as there would be a long delay getting this to you.

Having had a reply from the company I am upgrading this review, as I hadn't noticed information on the website about the 4 days' dispatch time. After taking that into consideration, I feel the rest of the experience was efficient and as peviously stated, the products are fine, as described.

I have just checked on your order and i can see it was dispatched out within the timescale provided on our website which is 4 working days (the majority of the time this is much quicker but if we are waiting for a delivery we say 4 working days just encase) then the 48 hour royal mail delivery time for light items. Good morning Catherine, i am sorry you have had issues getting through to someone. We have had some staff holidays so we have spent a lot of time in the warehouse getting orders out, we are a small family run business with a small team. I can see you ordered on the 29/6 and your order was dispatched via royal mail on the 02/07 so well within our outlined dispatch times. I have checked the delivery time and it will arrive with you on 06/07 between 12:17pm - 4:17pm. Please bare in mind as you are over in Ireland royal mail can take a little longer getting to you.

Poor delivery times, poor communication
Ordered 2 items on 8th June. One item arrived 3 days after order. No sign of the second item. No correspondence from the seller. Sent an email, no response. Tried a different email. Eventually got a response on 19th June saying the item had now been dispatched (no explanation, no apology). Item eventually arrived on 23rd June. Not impressed with the service and won't buy from this shop again.

I have just logged on to check the status of your order and i can see the parcel is being held with DHL ( this usually means they have lost it.) The items were incredibly well packaged…
The items were incredibly well packaged and arrived promptly. They are good quality (we bought kilner half pint and diddy bottles) and we love them. Great for an excess made from smoothies. We also bought pyrex glass dishes with lids which are great for storing anything really. Very secure lid.
