I’ve been buying from Little Green Radicals for well over 10 years, and the quality has been consistently outstanding. Their children’s clothes are incredibly well made — they last for years and can easily be passed down to siblings without losing shape or softness.
The designs are beautiful and timeless, and I really appreciate their strong ethos around using organic cotton and fair trade practices. It’s rare to find a brand that combines style, durability, and genuine sustainability so well.
Customer service has always been helpful and responsive, and delivery to the EU has been reliable every time.
Highly recommend — this is one of those brands you can trust completely.

I have been buying from this brand for years, currently my daughter’s wardrobe is mostly Little green radicals. We love it so much, I buy organic where I can so that’s important to me. Also that they do what they can for the environment, plus the brand always sells well second hand. 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful clothing with fun designs. Our son often gets compliments on his LGR outfits! The organic cotton is great for little ones with sensitive skin. They often have seasonal sales where you can pick up a bargain for the next year too!

I really love Little Green Radicals. The clothes are perfect, very soft, beautiful and conformable. The quality is very,very good!

More than anything I like the fact that the clothes are gender neutral. I can’t believe that after all the campaigns over decades, the shops still mostly divide and colour code children’s clothes by gender. On top of that, the clothes are of natural fibres, ethically produced and sold at reasonable prices. What’s not to like? Furthermore, I have had no problems with deliveries or communication.

Little Green Radicals is the first place I shop every season. My favorite things to buy are the short and long sleeve tops, sweaters, pants, hats, gloves and coats. Especially the rain coats. The quality of the cotton is the best. After washing multiple times the clothes are still soft and durable. I have been a customer for over three years now and will continue until my little one outgrows the sizes they carry. Thank you Little Green Radicals!

Love their clothes, it takes bit longer to receive order in busy period and response from customer service takes a day or so but otherwise brilliant customer service :)

I have been a loyal customer since I discovered LGR about two years ago, placing 2-3 orders per season. Having tried pretty much all the competitors in the same price bracket, these are by far the highest quality clothes my son has. The quality of materials, the craftsmanship/garment build and the gorgeous gender neutral prints make them stand out. They have a few unique/innovative items that you can’t find elsewhere (the quilted range, the hooded snug suits with thumb holes) that I bought in every size and I will continue buying as my kid grows. The winter items (both the cotton snowsuit and the waterproof winter suits and jackets) are insanely good and really deliver on the waterproof, windproof and very sturdy claims. Everything washes very well and dries well too, albeit on low heat (high heat drying tends to shrink them, but I guess that’s the case with most natural fibers). They are very fairly priced and a complete bargain in the sales. I really can’t recommend them enough, though there is a part of me that maybe wishes they never get famous enough to attract silly investors that might push them to compromise on the excellent quality.

Order not delivered. I ordered a gift. Correct address provided. Order confirmed delivery paid for. On day of delivery when allegedly out for delivery suddenly says unable to find address. As per other recebt 1 star review phone numbers do not work, they just go straight through to a recorded message saying email instead. Emails to customer service go completely ignored and unanswered. No product delivered, no refund for product or delivery, no communication, apology or explanation.

Lovely clothes and think they’re a great company.

I love Little Green Radicals so much, they are just a fantastic company. From brilliant values, to clothes of amazing quality, and the majority of their items being unisex, I've been a repeated customers via their online shop and looking for second hand Little Green Radicals on Vinted.

Whether I've bought new clothes or LGR second hand, the items wear so well. I've purchased many knowing that for any future children, no matter the gender, they'll be able to reuse these clothes and they won't look like "hand me downs".

I've spoken to the customer services team about a return and an out of stock item, and they've friendly and quick to answer both times.

If they could just make some adult clothing now too, I'd love to match my little one in both looks and comfort!

Fantastic quality clothes for good prices sent very quickly. I esp love their reversible items - so practical!

I placed an order for clothes on 24 May with next day delivery, knowing it was a bank holiday weekend, so I expected the order to arrive by Tuesday. I received no dispatch confirmation, and when I tried to contact customer service, none of my calls went through. I emailed and was told there had been a warehouse error, and my order had only just been dispatched.

They sent me a tracking number with no courier info, so I had to waste more time figuring out who had my parcel. By Thursday, the courier still hadn’t received it, and I had to chase the seller again. No one would answer the phone, and emails went ignored. When I finally got a response, I was told there were now courier issues and that delivery would be delayed another 1–3 working days.

At that point, I requested a cancellation. No confirmation — nothing. I only knew the parcel was being returned because I checked with the courier myself. The seller did not update me until 4 days later, when they did apologise.

To be clear, I actually really like the brand’s eco-friendly values and that their clothes are made from organic cotton. That’s one of the reasons I chose to shop with them in the first place. But if you’re going to offer next day delivery, you need to deliver on that promise — and when things go wrong, your customer service should be there to support.

The combination of failed delivery and poor communication is not just frustrating — it’s completely unacceptable. This ordeal caused me stress, wasted time, and ruined a special occasion I had planned for.

Frankly, it’s insulting to treat customers like this. Avoid this company unless you’re happy to be ignored and disappointed.

Really irritating website, can't just browse without constant pop ups and email sign up requests. Just wanted to buy some items but couldn't so didn't.
