Absolutely amazing service. Quick delivery, car seat arrived in perfect condition in the box (seen some boxes being battered in transportation from other transport companies). Can't fault it. It's the 3rd axkid we had from these guys and service has been amazing for all three.

Ordered some Axkid attachment loops and I had ordered the wrong size (completely my fault for not checking what size I needed). Got in contact via messenger and they were happy for me to return as they hadn’t been opened. Sent items back and used the credit from original order to order the correct items. Everyone I spoke to on the chat was extremely helpful and got my correct size out to me straight away. Will definitely be using little peas again 🫶🏼

Little Peas have helped me on two separate occasions. I asked if someone could take a look at my car seat (even though I did not purchase from them) I had concerns about its fitting. They helped me fit my seat correctly and gave me advice about a more suitable seat. There was no pressure to buy just focus of getting a safe seat. Both Laura and Alan were great. I ended up buying a new seat.
I was also helped when I needed a holiday Stroller and travel cot, they gave great advice and had everything in stock for me to take away.
Lovely experience with staff that were extremely patient and knowledgeable.

I contacted Little Peas to enquire about a mattress for a pram bassinet and the owner was extremely helpful. The price was reasonable as was the delivery charge and delivery was quick. Would recommend buying from Little Peas.

Great prices and excellent service

The service and delivery time was excellent and I’m happy with the shop, thank you. The Axkid chair took some getting used to, as I previously had a spinny isofix but having read that Axkid is the safest chair I’m happy with my choice!

Quick delivery and fairly priced however completely wrong car seat sent. I ordered an infant carrier but was sent a high back booster. Luckily i checked, i have emailed and got a quick response within 15 minutes, they have arranged collection and once they’ve received they will send out the correct one. Great fast and friendly customer service from Natalie. Mix ups happen but how companies deal with them is vital and I’m very impressed with this. Will definitely resuse this company in future for my 4 yr olds next seat and baby in future.
