Everything was as it said it was! It works! Only problem I have his getting my butt on the platform but I can do it! My wife rolls it to me or I scoot to the lifter. No more embarrassing calling the neighbors or the fire department!

This is a very sturdy and stable piece of equipment to help my father up from the floor. Unit is relatively compact, given what it can do, and his wife can wheel it into place. There was one problem with shipping which was immediately corrected. I hope we never need to use it, but it sure is comforting to know we can.

My 63 year old wife has a type of muscular dystrophy that gets progressively worse as she ages. In the past 3 years the disease has progressed to the point where she uses a rollator walker exclusively, including inside the house, to get around. She rarely has a fall but more often will lower herself to the ground as she feels the muscles in her lower back and legs begin to fail. Once she is on the floor she needs assistance to get up and onto a chair or to her rollator. The IndeeLift has been one of the best purchases we have made. It is an extremely well engineered and built piece of equipment. I can now leave the home knowing that she can scoot to the lift and raise herself allowing her to resume her daily activities. I have found that LiveOakMed and the manufacture have excellent customer service and are able to ship equipment quickly and respond to any questions almost immediately. I would strongly recommend this equipment and this supplier to anyone needing assistance helping the fallen to their feet or onto a chair.

The Indeelift HFL-300 works great! The guy from Live Oak Medical was very helpful and it arrived in just a couple days. It's such a comfort to know if I fall, I don't have to also go through the fear of not being able to get up.

I had purchased the shower threshold water collapsible water block for a handicap shower. The price was 2X what I expected it would be. I accidentally ordered with the wrong end pieces. An additional $10 for the correct end pieces.
