Delivery keeps getting pushed back because it’s too big to unload of the truck, so still yet to receive the items I paid a fortune for.

Easy ordering process, free delivery, product well made and well packaged....

My original supplier no longer makes this design of fence panel, so it was a relief to find these that matched them; even if they did have to come all the way from Poland.

I purchased 6 trellis's and they are really well made and sturdy and look great too. . Very good service and really happy with my purchase and also reasonably priced. I was kept up to date with the delivery so very efficient in that respect as well.

I have not yet received the item which was ordered 23rd May not good!

From placing my order to receiving the items I have received an excellent service throughout.
The items are top quality and even better than expected and there was great communication with regard to the delivery.
I was very impressed with not only the informative emails from the company but also the detailed tracking system provided to view the progress of the order.
On top of all that I received a phone call to confirm the delivery date - just brilliant.

The products are first rate. Unfortunately, what is a let down is the communication. At one point I began to go cold as I thought I had been scammed. The phone number on the website isn’t answered and it wasn’t until a 2nd email that I received a response. Please Liveoutside, you do yourselves a disservice by not getting communication spot on. I have still given 5 stars despite the comms problems as the product is first clasx

Instructions very good, screws are not that great, would advise to ensure you have some spare.
Having read the instructions and sorted out all relevant parts, took two of us approximately 3 hours to put together.

Easy order process. Good communication and great product

I ordered the York arbour seat. When it seat arrived it was missing the back part, and I received another customer's order of 3 wooden posts instead. My name and address was on the wooden post delivery though, so the error must have happened at the packing stage.

I contacted Live Outside - they weren't very apologetic and were slow to rectify the problem. Fairly poor customer service.

The packing slip was not detailed - each package was just listed as 'wood', so it's difficult to check if everything is present and correct whilst the delivery driver is there (especially because they usually want to dash to their next delivery). All the communications say you have to check the items, but this is impossible as the instructutions / detailed list of parts is packed up inside a load of wood.

On top of this, delivery was slow as it comes from Poland (which isn't made clear on their website). The website still shows outdated info about delivery delays due to COVID.

The seat was really difficult to put together. You have to attach the arbour trellis to wooden posts from the inside of the trellis and it's so difficult to get a good angle (pre-drilled holes would have helped, seems very ill-thought out). There were some pre-drilled holes but only on the seat part itself. It took 3-4 people to put it together and my dad is good at DIY.

In terms of quality at first glance it was good but on closer look the wood is split and peeling in places.

I wouldn't recommend shopping with Live Outside. I thought I'd give them ago but ended up regretting it.

Order took longer to arrive than originally advised but it was coming from Poland so understandable I suppose. Impressed with the quality of the fence toppers though, but disappointed that I had to buy 5 when I only wanted 4.

The fence is good but it took a month to arrive. The courier tracking’s “estimated date” was weeks off (which we waited at home for), and then they didn’t even show up on the day they called to confirm they were arriving (which we also waited at home for). It actually arrived two days later.

Company is extremely irresponsive to the extent you question if they are a fraud. Got my goods in the end, but lost a lot of sleep over it. Super unprofessional.

Lovely looking pergola. Took a while to arrive from Poland. Would buy again
