I ordered trellis last night, I have not received any confirmation and no response to an email I sent to them this morning. The telephone number is out of service!!! I’ve already raised the issue with my bank but I have to wait to see if the money is debited before the bank can do anything. At the moment I’m very concerned.

Items delivered had 2 phone calls to say on the way 😃 nice to see a 2 person delivery who were pleasant polite and informative

I placed the order 5 weeks ago and still have not received goods

I have put 4 stars in as only way to get in! I still haven’t received goods! Will do review then John jones

Not had an update on my order. Which isn’t that great !

I am very pleased with the fast, trouble-free delivery, the fence I ordered is massive, well-made, of better quality than I expected, thank you for a successful transaction.

I found the website easy to use. I found exactly what I wanted, the order process was easy. The delivery company were also very good. The fencing arrived very well packed and appears to be well made and of good quality. I cannot wait until I get it in place. Would highly recommend LiveOutside.

This company is amazing don't pass them by as the service is second to none . Placed a order for eight lattice fencing panels which came from Warsaw to Liveoutside family run business in England and then shipped to Derry City Northern Ireland . No problems with brexit here with the movement of goods thanks for your five star service LiveOutside garden products. Highly recommend.Frank.

Said 3-5 weeks and came on time. Good quality and really happy with the product. Will be buying more in the future

After many tries, and a shake up of LiveOutside's IT, which included their VOIP phone system, I have now received a full refund, so I'm happy about that.

Purchased garden privacy trellis at price towards the top end of the market. Product is OK but workmanship is average - if I saw it before purchasing I would probably not have paid the asking price.

ordered 25th june, still awaiting delivery. no communication, no reply to email, contact phone number doesn’t connect.
might have been scammed here?

Bought fence panels and gate not been erected yet but very happy with the look and quality of them would recommend this company

I received the order , the wood was broken on one corner, I have emailed and called countless times your number isn’t available and no one has taken the time to reply, I’m very disappointed with the customer service and will definitely not ordering from you again until someone replies back to me . Terrible customer service considering how much I paid for the trellises

Arrived after three weeks and exactly as ordered

Easy to order but long delivery times (but that is expected at the moment).
Only problem was that it was being delivered by Rhenus, who I had never heard of, on behalf of Jagram. I didn’t connect Jagram & Liveoutside, so thought the texts were spam trying to get me to click links

I have been ask to write this review but have yet to get my order so this is soly on waiting time and customer care.. waiting time is ridiculous considering they apparently had 100 in stock , i ordered 7 fence panels, its been over 4 weeks, no sign of order and no tracking info even though they said i would get that a week ago, as for correspondence well they answered one email and ignored the rest.
