A slight delay in delivery but the fencing delivered was in good condition and of a high quality, looks great in the garden.

They delivered exactly what we ordered but it did take a while to get to us from Poland understandably.

Good product, well made and securely packed. It would have been 5 stars if the delivery hadn’t been such a disaster. The shipping was a nightmare.,..

The Oslo trellis is beautiful and well made thank you! Delivery communication was excellent..Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I couldn't get through on any numbers or responses from emails bouncing back.

Had a bad experience recently with ordering online so was a little anxious. However didn’t need to be, goods arrived on time and the quality was exactly as we’d hoped.
Really pleased with the product - would recommend.

The trellis I ordered was a good price, it looks really nice, but I had to sand down parts of the trellis as it already had decay, The Norwegian trellis hadn't in my mind been treated, so I had to stane them.
The delivery company from Poland don't actually tell you what the delivery is, so I had to guess that it was for me, all I could get from them was Wood.

The quality of the product was good when we eventually got them a week later with many emails and hassling off ourselves as delivery day kept changing how this company can expect somebody to be told Tuesday then Wednesday then Thursday then Friday then the following Monday then following Tuesday have days off work to accommodate this as the phone numbers don't work very frustrating to try to sort issues out eventually it was the logistics man who sorted the mess out the company didn't want to know they had already had the money it's not a UK company it all comes from Poland as said great product poor customer service the rating of 1 star is for the service not the products recieved.

Good communications from company. Answered questions about product quickly. Once ordered we were kept informed and arrived surprisingly quickly. Well packaged and no damage. We bought arched top privacy trellis and are pleased with them.

Delivery times too long 5 weeks for some reason! Dealing with 3rd party delivery company was also strange. They wanted me to help unload the delivery? That’s not what I paid for. I tried to change delivery address but the company refused and so did the delivery company. The new address was in the same town, 1 mile down the road!
Not helpful at all!
Next time I’m buying locally.

I ordered fence panels and a gate based on pictures from the website which is not always advisable but I am well pleased with the quality especially at the price. I had a phone call advising me of the delivery date and on the day I rang them to see if they knew the time slot. Very helpful as was the delivery driver. Would definitely use again.

20 Oct: order placed - payment taken immediately!!
28 Oct: informed item out of stock despite - website saying they had 70!
31 Oct: agreed remaining items to be shipped
14 Nov: chased order and refund for out of stock item
15 Nov: item shipped & out of stock item now to be included!
30 Nov: shipment received (from Poland) - 1 incorrect item sent
5 Dec: refund received for incorrect item

Products in good condition (hence 2 stars not 1) but service poor and slow. Don't use if you want things quickly.

Although the product I was sent , was not up to my expectations.
But the company was very fair and honest, and they returned my money as quickly as they could

The only reason for only giving 4 stars is the lack of being able to speak to someone on the phone.. the number on the website is obsolete..!!
I did email and I did get a response within 2 days..so apart from that annoyance , I would definitely use them again..

Apparently they haven’t given the courier my name address or email so obviously can’t deliver I have sent them 4 emails to ask them to send my details to the courier but with no response

Expected 5-8 week wait for fencing and it came earlier- well pleased. Phone call to let me know what was happening rather than e-mail made for great customer service
