My rating is based on the fact that after my initial order there was no update on my delivery time scale , just a quick e mail would have been sufficient. The courier company used to deliver my order was simply appalling due to misinformation on delivery slots and the time spent on the phone chasing them up. As far as the product it is still in its packaging as it turned up at 20:00 instead of the 10:30 -13:30 re arranged slot

At present the panels have arrived damaged and I have sent photos to the company but have not heard back as to the next steps and around getting a replacement organised - the telephone number on the site is never answered and the email response has been slow as a week since last correspondence from them

Everything good, didn’t have too long to wait for purchase. Delivery guys were great. All put up, With no problems.

This is becoming a nightmare experience - after a really bad delivery experience where I did not receive the nuts and bolts or instructions on how to assemble the flowerbox and trellis, I have now tried contacting the company via phone, email, and Facebook with no response. The flowerbox parts are sitting in my garden with no clear view of what happens next. No idea how to get their attention or help.

You would have qualified for 5 stars. You said delivery would be 2-5 weeks and my trellis was ready to be despatched in 11 working days. Brilliant!!
Unfortunately, you were let down by your delivery people who, onThursday 19, May 2022, nominated delivery for Monday, 23 May. This was confirmed by them at 18.28 on Friday 20th.
At 09.10 on Monday morning I received a call from one of your young ladies, telling me it would not be coming. I cannot express to you my disappointment.We bought Cartref brand new in June 1974 and have lived here peacefully for almost 48 years.
13 months ago a new neighbour moved in, since when it has been like living next to building site.
However, the trellis all safely arrived on Wed last and my son-in-law and I put it up on Friday and it is admired by all, particularly my new neighbour! Wonderful, I have my privacy back!!!
Fortunately, although now 80 years of age, I have 2 allotments and 2 horses which have enabled me to retain my sanity.
Thanks again for providing a quality product and I sincerely hope I am here to see the guarantee out.

You pay for basic fencing products that say they are in stock and then receive an email that says they will take 5 weeks to be delivered.

Excellent service and great product. The Osma panels look great and are good value for money. The delivery was quick and on time. I would definitely buy from again.

Never delivered - had to get a refund through the credit card company!

Bamboo blinds arrived on time - top strip was screwed, but was clearly split, yet sent out regardless. So the quality is nothing to write home about. Paid £40 and it'll be lucky to last two years. No instructions supplied. Haven't used the hooks supplied as they didn't suit how I wanted it hanging and I feel that the blind may blow off these during a strong wind, even if it's rolled up.

The colour and style fits the bill and they operate like any other roller blind, but not really impressed. It'll do for now, but expecting to have to create a more lasting purchase in the next year or two.

The trellises were overall pretty good but there were some issues with a back order delivery, which took months to be delivered and when it was, the trellises had obviously been packed together in plastic film for a while and left outside to the elements, where rain had got in and got trapped between the trellises. This meant many of the second delivery lot were coated in green furry mould and black mould stains. There was also at least one with some big chips out of the wood due to damage in transit. I took loads of photos and emailed them with a complaint, asking for a goodwill small part refund. I didn't want to exchange as I had waited so long and just wanted the job finished so I cleaned them off as best I could. The company never replied to my email at all and this was months ago - they have now asked me for a review!! So, not impressed by the service. I hoped that over time the stains would fade as the trellises are exposed to normal outside conditions, but they haven't yet. From a distance they look smart and as plants grow up them the stains will be hidden. The first delivery, of trellis fence toppers, was good.

It was over a year ago now that I bought my summerhouse but actually love it, it looks so classy and I sit in it all year round! Have no regrets at all! its fab!

Item damaged when delivered. Said I should have unwrapped it and checked before driver left. Then refused a replacement. Customer service appalling. Please buy goods elsewhere!
