As reported by others our local GP service is now virtually impossible to use .

Livi is a good alternative, having said that, my original appointment just didn’t happen, I then got notified of 2 further appointments for some reason.

The doctor was good and I got my prescription so all ok.

Sadly face to face GP appointments are now a thing of the past.

Got an appointment within 10 minutes which was absolutely what I needed. Dotor was supportive, asked the right questions and was clear about what I should do. Recommended.

I thought the doctor was very professional and obviously knew exactly what she was talking about. I started by telling her of my past health issues which she knew about already. She is going to express her thoughts about me with my surgery which I am very pleased about.

I had a good experience using the Livi App as it was a bank holiday weekend I could not contact my own GP so the GP on the Livi App helped me with my medical problem

I tried to book an appointment at my practice surgery at the time that I desperately need , however, I was given a far 2 week appointment which was frustrating. I turned to Livi online consultation and got seen same day , and had management plan and bloods taken same day! The GP who attended to me was very compassionate and emphatic. 5 star recommendation.

I was able to book an appointment with a GP the next day, who was extremely helpful and understanding. Livi is a great addition when you can't get an appointment at your local GP surgery for a week.

Very quick easy web site to navigate choice of times for an on line appointments, antibiotics prescribed sent electronically to my chosen pharmacy,I for one will use the service again if I need too.

Livi arranged an appointment with a GP within an hour and a half. Very easy to use the app. to make the booking. Very pleasant lady GP who asked all the relevant questions and explained in an understandable way what my next action should be.

Nice doctor but give no medication for my complaint

My son, trying to establish whether a tick bite has resulted in Lyme disease paid to get an appointment - not same day but 48 hours away - which he accepted even though worried - had his appointment cancelled by Livi. They have no more appointments available for another 48 hours. A national service? A national disgrace. They make claims they are not delivering on. It seems other reviews are reporting the lack of availability. Like the NHS, it’s a total lottery - even if you pay for it.

Excellent. The GP was caring and thorough. I got the appointment on the same whereas my own surgery could ‘offer’ me an appointment on 30th May!

Very pleasant doctor who asked relevant questions and was happy to prescribe for me. Prescription arrived quickly and I was taking my first dose within 1hr
Excellent service for certain situations when the problem is not serious but needs prompt care. Great not to have to bother an urgent care centre.

I found the doctor assigned to my call helpful and spent time listening to me and discussing my problem, I was prescribed some tablets but 2 days later the prescription has still not arrived at my pharmacy. Thus I am still uncomfortable and will have to continue suffering. I am very disappointed with this service.

I've used the Livi app on several occasions and have always had a positive experience and been satisfied with the outcome.

Terrible service - I tried to register with the platform and the Help Desk acknowledged a technical issue. Two weeks later there's no progress and I've been unable to make a GP appointment. I raised a complaint and no response! Terrible for a healthcare company to completely ignore my needs. I have a five week old newborn and this is stress I could do without!

No available appointments, but only tells you this after making you submit all your details. Waste of time.
