Attended my first appointment at Skinfinity @ Living Care for Botox of 2 areas, Dr Rashid was very welcoming along with his assistant, Felt at ease straight away. When explaining the procedure he also provided advice on which methods he thought would benefit me the most, which was appreciated. He explained everything from start to finish throughout which also filled me with confidence. I can't wait to see the results and would high recommend him family and friends.

Very thorough and efficient, as long as you have the correct referral documents everything will run quickly and smoothly without any problems.

I wanted to leave some feedback for your amazing receptionist Bev. Honestly I don’t know where to start, every single interaction I had with Bev was very sweet and caring you could understand straight away she takes pride in her work and really shows duty of care which is so uncommon these days (sadly). I was being passed from pillar to post and was so extremely overwhelmed and engulfed in sadness but in no time Bev found answers for me and showed me clarity in my situation. I am so extremely thankful to Bev and always will be, she helped me when no one wanted to, And gave me the answers I was searching for. She acted quickly and efficiently with respect and kindness. I hope she has a great day everyday and I hope this feedback reaches her. Thank you for that day Bev, I pray for your health and well-being, may you always be happy and healthy.

Dr Parmer released my 4 week baby's tounge tie. He was such a nice man, he made me, my partner and my baby feel so at ease! My baby is now feeding so much better. Thank you so much Dr Parmer!

All the process was very easy everything fully explained and on time with wonderful staff

Booking was very easy and efficient. Stacy Roberts talked me through all relevant info and requests which made things clear and simple.
On arriving at Sheffield everything was really organised and friendly. Two amazing staff. The results were with me in less than 24 hours from scan appointment time. Excellent in all areas.

Friendly. Efficient and informative

I waited 2yrs to be seen by an ent specialist. I was basically told to shut up while explaining my symptoms given treatment which has made no difference at all, but I persevered with it and still no difference. The worst part is that the letter she sent to my GP basically labeled me as a junkie when she said in the last sentence of her interaction with me and I quote " but he does also admit to using illicit drugs"
I had a drug problem that ended in 2015 and now my GP won't take me seriously at all and the problem I have is still escalating. And fyi she used the word previously when writing about my rhinoplasty but not my former drug use. Judgement like that shouldn't be from a doctor of any kind.

Completely useless. They don't have parking spaces for visitors and nobody unswer on calls during the weekend even if you are blocked in a weekend day.

Taking over 30 hours to get a result is ridiculous and meant I had to go to a local clinic and do a test otherwise I couldn’t travel. Defeats the whole point in using you if I need a test within 48 hours but before 24 before the trip. No one to contact and waste of money and time. I want a full refund

We ordered our lateral flow tests on the 13 December 2022. We paid an extra £4.75 to receive my order for next day delivery.
Our order finally arrived on 17 December 1pm, 4 days after I placed our order. It took 48 hours for you to get order ready for posting.
I uploaded results that afternoon. We had to wait two days later I received an email informing me that you needed photo as a j.peg. Finally we received our results.

Brilliant cheap quick well organised results in less than an hr. Will definitely use again

Once I'd sussed it out it seemed straight forward but it took over 3.5 hrs to come back and I hit panic mode and started to make alternative arrangements as it does say you'll get it back in up to 2hrs.
I'd had to arrange another test with my Tour company in order to fly and that sent me into full stress mode Needless to say I didn't sleep well that night and drove to airport in a right state.
