Right up until arriving for the MRI I felt ok but as soon as I saw the machine, I suddenly became very anxious & struggled with the idea of being in the tunnel, the staff were amazing, so calm & patient & talked me through everything & didnt rush me. I had the scan done & all the way through was reassured by the staff that I was ok & safe & could stop at any time if I needed to.

I was seen by a doctor within 24 hours. All staff were polite, professional and helpful. All my tests/procedures were completed within a week and the results explained well. Exactly the service I was looking for from a private healthcare company. All round great service, thanks 🙏

I'm very happy with my healthcare at LivingCare. Choice of appointment times, including evening appointments for MRI scan. Although it's located a bit out of Leeds city centre, free on-site parking is available. Pleasant clinic environment with friendly staff and I was seen on time. My care was explained and next steps outlined.

I got a private referral from my GP for an MRI scan. I received a call from Living Care within 24hrs, and had the scan within 48hrs. Excellent service, and friendly and efficient staff.

Outsourced, by the NHS, to the Thorpe Park Clinic I was given an appointment date and time. I arrived, on the hottest day so far, only to be advised that, due to a consultant shortage, there was now a minimum of 1hour delay between appointments. I was informed that I had not been informed of the situation, due to an administration error.
Suffering the effects of dehydration and concerned for my own well-being I decided to leave.
This clinic was rated as 'Inadequate' by the QCC, so why would the NHS use them?

Came for my MRI scan here, staff were so lovely, very attentive and reassuring too.
First visit to this clinic, would definitely be happy to return again, great service x

I had an MRI appointment in Sheffield today and I must say that everything was easy and very professional. The only complaint that I have is the usual NHS appointment nonsense. I got an sms message the day before asking me to reply and confirm the appointment. Email is better as I only have a PAYG phone which would've cost me a fortune. Apart from that a great service from the livingcare centre.

Friendly and efficient staff, easy to get to with onsite parking. A prompt appointment and a reasonable cost.

My appointment was arranged within a week of making contact. The appointment took place at the allotted time & was overseen with courtesy & pleasant staff.
