Amazing service! I was looking for a place as soon as possible and they made sure I was going to get in on time. As soon as I contacted them they were always offering new places and trying to find the best flat for me.
Adam showed me the flat I was interested in and not only that but he also offered to show me another one that maybe was a better option for me (it ended up being the flat I needed) so he was very helpful.
On my moving day they made me feel really welcome and I know I can count on them if there's any issue so that's always positive for anyone renting a place!

When I reached out to them for viewing of two of their buildings, they helped me locate the house, were flexible in their schedule and, took me round the apartment. Although I couldn't take their their beautiful, spacious and well maintained apartment because it was far from my work place, but they were kind enough to follow up, and wish me well in my search for apartment. I wish I could bring their Bolton building slightly closer to city centre because I loved it. Thank you for your help livingway!

Absolutely 100% appreciated, I mean the service of Adam Mellors.
Due to a power outage from the electricity supplier, Adam follows the instructions to solve the problem.
During this period, I feel the urgency of unresolved problems. I also completely felt that Adam was doing his best and finally he’s done well.
I have to say how professional, polite and friendly Adam, who dealt with my issue was.

I have been a resident with Rufus court for over a year now. Just passed my driving test and had a new car delivered today.
Danny was there and insanely helpful with sorting out my car, had it delivered with no fuel and had to go get a fuel can filled up to use the car. I had no idea what I was doing and Danny stood out in the rain helping me get it filled up!
Extremely professional and friendly guy who goes above and beyond to support.

We’ve recently moved into a livingway property and have been pleased with the service provided.
We had a delay moving in due to the previous tenant leaving the flat in poor condition. Although this was disappointing for us, Livingway made sure we moved in asap and kept us updated on our flats progress. When we moved in we were presented with a lovely flat with new furniture and was impeccably clean.
I would definitely recommend consider living in a Livingway property.

Unlike most property's this one is dog friendly and has plenty of green space on site to walk your dog, if you log any faults at the site in Leeds, Adam and Hayley are very quick to get them resolved for you, the Livingway experience is that they try to make it more like a community rather than just an apartment block which to some exent with the games is good, there have been a few issues on site but they have managed to get them sorted within a good time frame, there are also few policy's I think Livingway might need to Review, but if it was not for Hayley I don't think we would of had such a good experience at Livingway.

Had a viewing for a property and offered a deposit after the viewing. The representative from Living way said there was no need to place a deposit that day and that someone would call me in the morning to take my deposit. Fast forward to the next day and no one calls me and I ring to find out the apartment has been taken. Absolute joke of a service, terrible communication between their office and viewing/site team and totally wasted my time.

Lost my keys and tried to get in contact after work hours. The team was prompt in sorting it out briefly! Adam was more than helpful and came to my rescue earlier than expected! Can’t express the joy I felt once I saw my bed haha!

Really helpful staff. I've asked so many questions to Katie, and especially Leo, and they have been so patient in answering every one of them. I haven't moved into the property yet, but I have great confidence everything will be okay having people like this to ask question to and resolve issues with.
We've recently moved into Roco Liverpool and the team here have been so accomodating and have worked very hard to help our move go smoothly. Danny and Rob have been extremely friendly and have built a very good professional relationship with us thus far, we love having little chats with Danny whenever we see him around. They've helped us and gone above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable here and we're so appreciative of their efforts! :)
